Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Absolutely no prior art skills are needed. Our graffiti leadership training is designed for professionals, not Picassos. Our expert artists guide your team through the basics of spray paint control and letter formation. The focus remains on the collaborative process and leadership dynamics, ensuring everyone, regardless of talent, can contribute to a masterpiece they’re proud of.

What safety measures are in place during the session?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective overalls to keep everyone safe and clean. We use professional spray paint in well-ventilated outdoor or indoor spaces. Our instructors are trained to manage group safety, ensuring a worry-free environment where your team can focus entirely on their leadership goals.

How long does the leadership workshop typically last?

Standard sessions last between 2 and 3 hours. This includes the introductory briefing, safety training, skill-building exercises, and the final team mural project. We can also customise the duration to fit into a larger corporate retreat or a compact afternoon workshop, ensuring the pace matches your team's energy and objectives.

Do we have to pay in advance?

Yes! Unlike many other providers, we don't require upfront payments to secure your booking. You can book your date with confidence and pay after the workshop is completed. We believe in our service and want you to be 100% satisfied with the results before the final invoice is settled.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Constanta's weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered. If you choose an outdoor location and rain is forecast, we can either move to a covered/indoor venue or reschedule. Because we have a large team and backup artists available, we rarely cancel—we find creative solutions to make sure your training happens.

Can we keep the artwork we create?

The final mural is yours! Many teams choose to have the canvas transported back to their office in Constanta or Bucharest to serve as a permanent reminder of their shared vision and leadership commitments. It’s a fantastic way to keep the workshop's lessons alive in the workplace long after the paint has dried.

What is the ideal group size for this training?

We recommend a minimum of 5-8 people to make the team dynamics interesting, but we can accommodate very large groups of up to 100+ participants. For larger groups, we bring in additional professional artists to ensure every sub-team receives personal guidance and the leadership exercises remain impactful and focused.

The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next leadership session in Constanta? Because the street art world requires the exact same skills as a high-performing boardroom: clear communication, rapid adaptation, and a shared vision. Here is why this experience is a game-changer:

Breaks the 'expert' barrier: When everyone is a novice with a spray can, ego disappears and authentic leadership emerges. 🚀
Real-time problem solving: Paint drips, colours bleed—learn how your team handles unexpected "mistakes" on the fly.
Visualises company goals: Create a massive, tangible representation of your team's mission that you can actually keep.
Boosts creative confidence: Prove to your managers that they can innovate outside their comfort zones. 💪
Pure stress relief: There is something incredibly cathartic about the 'psshhht' of a spray can that clears the mind!
Unmatched engagement: Forget boring slides; your team will be physically active and mentally sharp from start to finish. 🎤

Step by step

The briefing: We start with a high-energy intro, connecting the dots between urban art and modern leadership principles.
Tool mastery: Learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can—mastering pressure, distance, and nozzle types to gain control.
Individual expression: Every leader finds their voice by practicing basic tags and lines on individual practice boards.
The vision phase: Your team brainstorms a concept that represents your current leadership challenges and future goals.
Role delegation: Naturally, leaders emerge as the group decides who handles the outlines, the fill-ins, and the details.
Collaborative painting: The 'heavy lifting' begins! The team works in sync to bring the large-scale mural to life.
Feedback loops: We pause mid-way for a 'critique session' to see how the team adapts to unexpected drips or design shifts.
The final reveal: Add the finishing touches and highlights before stepping back to admire the collective power of the group.
Debrief and link: We wrap up by discussing how the session’s wins and hurdles translate back to the Constanta office.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Constanta is a city defined by its dual identity—a historic port with ancient roots and a modern, vibrant energy that flows through the streets of the Old Town and Mamaia. The local street art scene here is a reflection of that spirit, with murals often drawing inspiration from the Black Sea and the city's maritime heritage. Our workshops tap into this unique 'Constantean' vibe, encouraging teams to think as expansively as the horizon over the Casino. 🌊

Fun Fact: Did you know that the iconic Constanta Casino was once the height of Art Nouveau architecture? We love encouraging teams to blend that classic elegance with modern, edgy street art styles during their sessions!

We offer flexible pricing structures to ensure every organisation in Constanta can access this unique training experience. Whether you are a small startup or a large multinational, we scale our sessions to meet your needs and budget.
