Is the spray paint safe for participants with sensitivities?

Absolutely! We use high-quality spray paints that are low-odour and eco-friendly. Furthermore, we provide all necessary protective gear, including professional masks, gloves, and overalls. Safety is our top priority, and our artists are trained to supervise the session closely to ensure everyone has a blast while staying perfectly safe throughout the creative process in Constanta.

Where in Constanta do these workshops take place?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you want to host the workshop at a local community centre, a school, or an outdoor space near the Casino, we can come to you. We also have partner locations in Constanta equipped for graffiti. As long as there is adequate ventilation or an outdoor area, we can turn almost any spot into a vibrant street art studio.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional street artists guide everyone through the process step-by-step, from holding the can to creating simple shapes. The focus of our Special Needs Program is on the joy of expression and the sensory experience of the paint, rather than technical perfection or previous artistic skill.

Can you customise the workshop for specific physical or cognitive needs?

At Graffitifun, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all. We can adapt the duration, the size of the canvases, and the complexity of the designs based on the specific needs of your group. We can offer seated workshops, use stencils for easier application, or focus on tactile 'free-painting' sessions. Just let us know your requirements, and we will tailor everything to fit.

How long does a typical special needs workshop last?

We recommend a duration of 1.5 to 2 hours for our special needs sessions. This provides enough time for everyone to get comfortable with the materials and complete their masterpiece without it becoming overly tiring. However, we are happy to adjust the timing to be shorter or include more frequent breaks depending on what works best for your specific group.

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is easy and stress-free. You can use our online Cost Calculator to get an instant estimate, then simply get in touch with our team. We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is completed to your satisfaction. We also have backup artists ready to go, so you never have to worry about last-minute cancellations.

The experience

Our Special Needs Program isn't just about painting; it's about empowerment, sensory exploration, and building confidence through art. Here is why our workshops in Constanta are so special:

Expert Guidance: Our artists are not just talented painters; they are patient, encouraging mentors who love sharing their passion. 🤝
Sensory Enrichment: The tactile nature of spray painting—the sound, the vibrant colours, and the movement—offers a unique sensory experience.
Confidence Booster: Completing an artwork from scratch gives participants a massive sense of achievement and a tangible piece of art to be proud of. 🏆
Safe & Supportive: We create a "no-fail" zone where every splash of paint is a success, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Flexible Formats: Whether it's a individual session or a group activity, we adapt our rhythm to match the needs of our participants.
Zero Stress Booking: With no deposit and backup artists on call, your event is in safe hands from start to finish. 🔥

Step by step

Warm welcome: Our friendly artists meet the group and introduce everyone to the colourful world of street art in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. ✨
Safety first: We help every participant suit up in protective overalls, gloves, and masks, making sure everyone feels comfortable and ready.
Colour selection: Participants choose their favourite vibrant shades from our wide range of premium spray cans to express their unique personality.
The first spray: Under gentle guidance, we practice making basic marks and lines on a practice surface to get used to the feel of the spray can.
Creative flow: We move onto the main project, where participants can use stencils or free-hand techniques to create their own artwork on large canvases or boards. 🎨
Artist assistance: Our pros are always on hand to help with the 'tricky bits', ensuring every participant feels proud of what they are building.
The big reveal: We step back to admire the collective work, taking photos of the amazing creations and celebrating everyone's hard work. 📸
Tidy up: We handle all the cleanup, leaving the space exactly as we found it (minus the gorgeous new art you get to keep!).
Masterpiece takeaway: Every participant gets to take their creation home or keep the group canvas as a permanent memory of their creative triumph in Constanta.

Local culture

Constanta is a city known for its rich history and vibrant maritime culture, but it also has a growing heart for modern street art. From the colourful murals found near the Tomis Harbour to the creative energy flowing through the city centre, the local scene is all about expression. We love bringing our workshops to this seaside gem, where the fresh sea breeze mixes with the excitement of a fresh coat of paint. 🌊

Fun Fact: Did you know that Constanta is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Romania? Art has been part of this city's soul since the days of the Ancient Greeks, and today, we're continuing that tradition with a modern, spray-painted twist! ⚓

Our team understands the local community and works closely with organisations across the Constanta County to ensure our workshops are accessible to everyone, regardless of where they are on their journey.
