Is the special needs graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Yes, safety is our top priority in Brașov. We provide high-quality protective gear, including gloves, masks, and overalls. Our artist-facilitators are trained to supervise participants with various needs, ensuring that everyone uses the spray cans correctly. We choose accessible locations and use low-odour paints where necessary to ensure a comfortable and secure environment for all participants during the creative process.

Can you accommodate participants with different types of disabilities?

Absolutely! We believe art has no boundaries. Our Brașov workshops are tailored to suit individuals with physical, developmental, or sensory challenges. We adjust our teaching methods, provide specialised equipment if needed, and ensure the workspace is fully accessible. Whether it is a smaller group or a one-on-one session, we focus on what each participant can achieve, making sure everyone feels included and valued.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

A standard special needs session in Brașov typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. We find this is the 'sweet spot' for maintaining engagement and energy without causing fatigue. However, we are flexible and can shorten or extend the session based on the group's concentration levels and specific requirements. We move at your pace, ensuring no one feels rushed while creating their masterpiece.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything! Your booking includes premium spray paint in a wide range of colours, protective clothing, masks, gloves, and the canvas or wall space. We also bring caps (nozzles) that are easier to press for those with limited hand strength. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on—though we do our best to keep you clean!

What is the ideal group size for these workshops?

To ensure everyone gets the attention and support they deserve, we recommend smaller group sizes for our special needs programmes. Usually, a ratio of one artist to 5-8 participants works best. However, we can accommodate larger groups by bringing in additional professional artists from our backup pool. This ensures that every individual in the Brașov workshop receives personalised guidance and encouragement throughout the event.

How does the payment process work? Do I pay upfront?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'no stress' booking policy. You don't need to pay anything upfront when you book your Brașov event. You simply pay after the workshop is completed. This gives you total peace of mind and ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any payment is processed. It is all part of our commitment to trust and professional service.
