Do we need to be good at drawing to host a graffiti charity event?

Absolutely! While Brasov has some incredible street art, you don't need any prior experience to make an impact. Our professional artists guide you through every step, from holding the can to mastering complex lines. We focus on the 'fun' in Graffitifun, ensuring everyone contributes something beautiful to your charity project regardless of their artistic background or age.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

The safety of your participants is our highest priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including gloves and masks, and use professional-grade spray paints. All workshops in Brasov are supervised by experienced artists who ensure a controlled environment. We also use low-odour paints where possible to make the experience comfortable for everyone involved in your fundraising efforts.

Where in Brasov can we hold the charity event?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the event at various legal spray-painting locations around Brasov, or we can bring the workshop to your specific venue using mobile canvas walls or large wooden panels. This portability makes it easy to integrate a graffiti session into a larger gala, school fundraiser, or community fair anywhere in the Transylvania region.

How does the 'pay after the workshop' policy work?

We believe in the quality of our service, which is why we don't require upfront payments. You only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed and everyone is happy with the results. This gives your charity or non-profit peace of mind and simplifies your financial planning. We accept various payment methods to suit your organisation's needs.

How long does a typical fundraising session last?

A standard charity workshop typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the creation of the final masterpiece. However, we can adapt the duration to fit your event schedule. If you're running a day-long festival in Brasov, we can also provide 'walk-in' sessions where people contribute throughout the day.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

While we cannot control the Transylvanian weather, we always have a plan. We can move the event to a covered outdoor area or an indoor space using specialised low-odour paint and protective flooring. Alternatively, we can use our backup artist system to reschedule to a better day. We ensure your charity event happens one way or another!

High engagement: It’s a hands-on experience that people genuinely want to talk about and share on social media, increasing your charity’s visibility.
Inclusive art: Graffiti is a great equaliser; you don't need to be a 'traditional' artist to produce something that looks incredible.
Tangible results: At the end of the day, you have a physical piece of art that can be auctioned, donated, or displayed in the community.
Stress-free planning: We provide all materials and protective gear, so you can focus on your donors and your cause.
Risk-free booking: With no upfront payment and our 100% satisfaction focus, your charity’s budget is always protected.

Step by step

Consultation: We chat about your charity's goals, the cause you're supporting in Brasov, and the number of participants you expect.
Theme creation: Our artists help you design a concept or mural theme that resonates with your charity’s mission and message.
Setup: On the day, we arrive early to set up boards, canvases, and all the necessary protective gear at your chosen location.
Artistic intro: We kick things off with a brief history of street art and a demonstration of basic spray-painting techniques.
Practice session: Everyone gets a chance to test the cans on practice walls to get a feel for pressure and distance.
The main event: Participants work together to create a large-scale mural or individual pieces that represent the fundraising cause.
The finishing touches: Our pro artists add 'sharpening' lines to the work to ensure the final result looks polished and professional.
Auction or display: The finished art can be auctioned off on the spot or displayed to raise awareness for your charity.
Cleanup and wrap-up: We take care of all the mess, leaving you with nothing but great memories and a successful fundraiser.

Local culture

Brasov is a city where medieval history meets modern urban culture. From the colourful houses of the Council Square to the hidden gems in the Schei district, art is part of the city's DNA. While the city is famous for its Gothic Black Church, there is a growing appreciation for contemporary expression. Our charity workshops tap into this local energy, providing a legal and constructive outlet for street art. We often find inspiration in the local landscape – perhaps incorporating the silhouette of the Carpathian Mountains or local folklore into the mural designs. By hosting your fundraiser here, you're not just raising money; you're adding a new splash of colour to Brasov's evolving cultural tapestry.

Pricing

Our charity event pricing is flexible to help you maximise your fundraising potential. Costs typically range from:

lei100 - lei220 per person

Please note that the final price depends on the number of participants, the amount of materials needed, and the specific setup of your Brasov event.
