Can you host the charity event at a location of our choice in Berlin?

Absolutely! While we love hosting events at iconic Berlin street art spots like Mauerpark, we are fully mobile. If you have a private courtyard, a community centre garden, or a corporate car park in Mitte or Kreuzberg, we can bring the entire setup to you. We ensure all surfaces are protected and use low-odour paints where necessary to keep your venue tidy.

What safety measures do you take during the workshop?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks, disposable gloves, and protective suits for every participant. Our professional artists lead a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We also use professional-grade paint that meets safety standards, ensuring that your fundraising event is as safe as it is fun for everyone involved.

Do participants need any prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our local Berlin artists are experts at breaking down complex techniques into simple steps. Whether you're 8 or 80, we’ll show you how to handle the can, create clean lines, and fill in colours. The goal is to have fun and raise money, not to create a masterpiece on your first try!

What is the maximum group size for a fundraiser?

We recommend a minimum of 10 people to create a great atmosphere, but we can accommodate groups of up to 200+. For very large charity galas or community festivals in Berlin, we often set up multiple 'stations' so everyone gets a turn without long wait times. We have a deep bench of backup artists to ensure your large event runs smoothly.

How long does a typical charity graffiti session last?

We generally suggest allowing 2 to 3 hours for a complete charity graffiti experience. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, safety demo, practice sessions on plastic film, and then the final creation of the collaborative mural. If you have a tighter schedule for your event, we can adapt the format to a 90-minute 'taster' session.

Is there a deposit required to book our event?

Yes, we believe in the quality of our workshops so much that we don't require upfront payments. You can organise your event with peace of mind knowing that you only pay after the workshop is completed. This makes it much easier for charities and non-profits to manage their event budgets and ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience.

What equipment is included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need to create street art. This includes a wide variety of premium spray paint colours, caps for different line widths, protective gear (suits, masks, gloves), and the 'canvas' (usually high-quality eco-foil stretched between posts). We also bring sketches and inspiration to help kickstart the creative process. You just need to bring your energy and enthusiasm!

The experience

Traditional bake sales and galas have their place, but a graffiti event brings a modern, edgy appeal that attracts a diverse range of supporters. Here is why it works so well in Berlin:

Engagement: Participants aren't just spectators; they are creators, building a deeper connection to your cause.
Social Media Gold: The vibrant colours and 'cool factor' of graffiti make for highly shareable content, boosting your charity's online visibility.
Inclusivity: Street art is for everyone. We adapt our workshops for all ages and abilities, ensuring no supporter is left out.
Legacy: You can choose to paint on transportable canvases that can later be auctioned off or displayed in your headquarters.
Stress-Free: With our 'pay after' policy and backup artist guarantee, your event planning is completely risk-free.

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your vision for the fundraiser. We’ll discuss your charity goals, the number of participants, and your preferred Berlin location.
Design phase: Our artists work with you to create a concept or 'tag' that represents your cause. This will be the blueprint for the collaborative mural.
Setup on-site: On the day, we arrive early to set up the protective 'graffiti walls' (eco-foil) and arrange all the paints and safety gear.
Safety & technique briefing: Your personal artist provides a fun intro to the history of Berlin street art, followed by a vital safety and spray-can technique demo.
Practice rounds: Everyone gets a chance to get the 'feel' of the can by practicing lines and shapes on a dedicated practice area.
The live fundraiser: Participants work together to fill in the main mural, guided by our pros. This is the perfect time for photos and social media live-streams!
Final touches: Our artists help add professional outlines and highlights to ensure the final piece looks incredible for your charity's portfolio.
Wrap up & payment: We handle the entire cleanup process. You only pay once the event is finished and you're happy with the results.

Local culture

Berlin isn't just a city; it's a living, breathing canvas. Since the fall of the Wall, the city has become the global Mecca for street artists. From the legendary 'Cuvry Graffiti' (though now gone, its spirit remains) to the towering murals at Teufelsberg, the city's walls tell stories of freedom and rebellion. Hosting your charity event here allows you to soak up that authentic 'Berliner Luft'.

Whether we set up near the industrial charm of RAW-Gelände in Friedrichshain or in a quiet community garden in Neukölln, your event will be infused with the raw energy that makes Berlin unique. We don't just teach you how to paint; we connect your cause to the urban heartbeat of the city, making your fundraiser stand out in Berlin's busy social calendar.
