What happens if it rains during our Frankfurt charity event?

Frankfurt's weather can be unpredictable, but the fun doesn't have to stop! We always have a 'Plan B' ready. If you've booked an outdoor charity event and rain is forecast, we can often move the workshop to a covered location or use indoor-safe techniques like 'water-based' spray paints or paint markers on canvases. Our goal is to ensure your fundraising efforts stay on track regardless of the clouds.

Can we host the graffiti workshop at our own venue in Frankfurt?

Absolutely! While we love bringing the energy to public squares or parks (with permits), we can set up at your chosen venue, office courtyard, or a rented gallery space in Frankfurt. We bring all the protective flooring and zip-walls needed to keep the area clean. If you don't have a venue yet, just let us know; we have great local connections and can help you find the perfect spot.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Safety is our top priority while we create. For every charity event, we provide high-quality FFP3 masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep your clothes paint-free. Our professional artists lead a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We use professional-grade paints and ensure proper ventilation at all times, making it a safe experience for donors of all ages.

Do we need any prior artistic experience to participate?

Not at all! In fact, most people attending our charity workshops have never held a spray can before. Our Frankfurt-based artists are experts at teaching the basics quickly. We provide 'training' boards where guests can practice their lines and fades before contributing to the main charity masterpiece. We're here to guide every hand, ensuring the final result looks professional and impressive.

How does the payment process work for charities?

We take a flexible approach to payment to make your event planning stress-free. For charity events in Frankfurt, you don't need to pay anything upfront. You only pay after the workshop is successfully completed and you're happy with the results. We accept bank transfers and provide full VAT invoices for your charity's accounting. This 'pay-after' policy ensures you can focus entirely on your fundraising goals.

How many people can participate in a single graffiti session?

We can handle everything from intimate VIP donor groups of 10 to massive public festivals with hundreds of participants. For larger charity events in Frankfurt, we deploy multiple artists and set up several 'creation stations' to ensure everyone gets a chance to spray without long wait times. Just tell us your expected headcount, and we will scale the materials and staff to match perfectly.

How long does setup and cleanup take?

Usually, we need about 60 to 90 minutes to set up the protective gear, boards, and paint stations before your guests arrive. After the event, we handle the entire cleanup, which takes about an hour. We leave the site exactly as we found it—except for the beautiful new artwork you've created! Our team is efficient and professional, respecting the rules of our Frankfurt event locations.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Frankfurt is a city of incredible contrasts, where the gleaming glass towers of the financial district meet the gritty, creative soul of the East End. This unique "Mainhatten" energy makes it the perfect backdrop for a graffiti-based fundraiser. The city has a deep-rooted respect for urban art, from the legal walls at the Friedensbrücke to the vibrant murals in the Niddastraße. 🎨

Fun fact: Did you know Frankfurt is home to one of Germany's oldest legal graffiti halls of fame? The pillars under the Friedensbrücke have been a rotating gallery for street artists for decades, proving that in this city, art and community go hand in hand!

By choosing a graffiti workshop for your Frankfurt charity event, you're tapping into a local culture that celebrates transformation and bold expression. We can even customise your project to reflect Frankfurt's skyline or local icons like the "Geripptes" cider glass, making your fundraiser feel truly connected to the heart of the city. 🏙️
