Do I need to be artistic or have experience to join?

Absolutely no experience is required! Our professional artists specialize in teaching beginners. We'll show you everything from how to hold the spray can correctly to techniques for creating shadows and highlights. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at what you've created. Our pop-up events in Frankfurt are designed to be inclusive, fun, and accessible for everyone, regardless of their artistic background.

What should I wear to the graffiti workshop?

We provide high-quality protective gear, including overalls, gloves, and masks. While our spray paint is professional-grade and meant to stay on the wall, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on. Think 'creative casual'! We take safety and cleanliness seriously so you can focus entirely on your masterpiece without worrying about your outfit.

How long does the pop-up event last?

Standard pop-up sessions usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a safety briefing, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the final creation of your own street art piece. We've found this is the 'sweet spot' where you get into the flow without getting tired. If you're booking for a specific event, we can adjust the timing to fit your schedule.

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality spray paints and provide all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including FFP2 or FFP3 masks and nitrile gloves. Our artists are trained to manage groups safely and ensure the environment is well-ventilated. We also ensure that the workshop area is clearly marked and safe for both participants and passers-by in the Frankfurt city area.

Where exactly in Frankfurt do these events take place?

We are incredibly flexible! Since this is a pop-up event, we can bring the workshop to your specific location in Frankfurt, whether it's a car park, a courtyard, or an indoor hall with proper ventilation. If you don't have a spot, we can suggest several legal graffiti zones or creative spaces across the city. We bring all the boards, paint, and gear to you.

What happens if I need to cancel or if the weather is bad?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'no stress' booking policy. You don't need to pay anything upfront; you simply pay after the workshop is completed. We also have a large team of backup artists available. This means that even if an instructor falls ill, we have a professional ready to step in, so your event in Frankfurt is never cancelled.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Frankfurt might be known as a global financial hub, but beneath the glass skyscrapers of the Bankenviertel lies a pulsating street art heart. From the legendary "Hall of Fame" in Ratswegkreisel to the hidden gems in the Niddastraße, Frankfurt has a long history of urban expression. Our pop-up workshops tap into this local energy, moving away from the boardrooms and into the creative 'Main-stream'.

Fun Fact: Frankfurt is home to some of the most iconic legal graffiti walls in Germany, where the art changes almost daily, reflecting the city's ever-evolving cultural landscape!
