Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely no prior art skills are needed. Our professional graffiti artists are trained to guide leaders of all skill levels. The workshop is designed to focus on communication, risk-taking, and vision rather than technical perfection. You’ll be surprised at how quickly your team masters the spray cans, and the resulting masterpiece always looks impressive because it’s a collective effort guided by experts. It’s about the process, not just the paint!

Is the workshop safe and what about the mess?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including overall suits, gloves, and professional-grade masks. We typically use low-odour spray paint and conduct sessions in well-ventilated areas or outdoor locations. Our artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can. You can focus entirely on your leadership goals knowing that every precaution has been taken to ensure a clean and safe environment for your team.

How long does a typical leadership training session last?

A standard leadership graffiti session in Frankfurt lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows for the introductory brief, skill-building exercises, the collaborative mural creation, and a final debrief where we connect the creative experience back to your specific corporate leadership objectives. We can shorten or extend the duration depending on your schedule and the specific depth of training you require for your management team.

Can you host the workshop at our office or a specific venue?

While we have fantastic outdoor 'Halls of Fame' across Frankfurt, we also offer indoor solutions using water-based, low-odour paints or mobile wooden walls. If you have a specific venue in mind, like your office car park or a rented event space, we can often bring the workshop to you. We always have a 'Plan B' ready with backup artists and alternative locations to ensure your event goes ahead regardless of the German weather.

What specific leadership skills are addressed during the session?

The core themes revolve around collaborative vision-setting, breaking down hierarchical barriers, and 'agile' problem-solving. Graffiti requires quick decisions and clear communication. By stepping out of the boardroom and onto the 'streets', leaders learn to trust their team's creative input and see how individual 'tags' contribute to a larger, unified brand image. It’s a powerful metaphor for modern, inclusive leadership styles that value every voice in the company.

How much should we budget for a leadership workshop?

The cost typically ranges from €30 to €65 per person. This variation depends on the total number of participants, the location chosen, and whether you want additional extras like custom-branded canvases for everyone to take home. We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden fees. Because every leadership team has different needs, we recommend requesting a custom quote so we can tailor the experience to your budget.

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is easy and stress-free. You can start by using our online Cost Calculator or Tag Creator to get a feel for the possibilities. Once you reach out via our contact form, we’ll discuss your goals and check our artist availability. The best part? There is no upfront payment required. You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience we delivered.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next leadership summit in Frankfurt? Because traditional training often fails to reach the "gut level" of a team. Here’s why spray cans beat spreadsheets: 💪

Breaks down hierarchies: Everyone starts as a beginner with a spray can, creating a level playing field for honest communication.
Encourages agile thinking: Graffiti is fast-paced. You have to react to the paint, the wall, and your teammates in real-time.
Visualises shared goals: You aren't just talking about a vision; you are literally painting it on a massive scale.
Boosts confidence: Stepping out of your comfort zone and creating something beautiful is a massive morale booster. 🔥
Unforgettable bonding: Your team will talk about the day they tagged a wall in Frankfurt for years to come.

Step by step

The briefing: We start with a high-energy intro where our artists explain the history of Frankfurt’s street art and how it relates to disruptive leadership.
Safety & gear: Everyone gets kitted out in protective suits and masks. Professionalism starts with the right equipment!
Skill drills: You’ll learn the basics of 'can control'—lines, fades, and fills—encouraging leaders to embrace new, unfamiliar tools.
Vision casting: The group brainstorms a central theme or 'piece' that represents their leadership goals or company values.
Collaborative sketching: Leaders work together to outline the mural, requiring clear communication and role delegation.
The big spray: The team brings the mural to life, working in layers and learning to adapt when things don't go exactly as planned.
Character adding: We add details and highlights, showing how small individual contributions make the whole project 'pop'.
The debrief: We stand back and evaluate the work, discussing the dynamics of the session and how to apply these lessons in the office.
Photo finish: A professional group photo in front of your masterpiece to commemorate the day your team conquered the wall.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Frankfurt might be known for its sleek skyscrapers and the European Central Bank, but beneath the corporate surface lies a vibrant, pulsating street art soul. From the colourful walls in the Ostend district to the legendary legal spots near the Niddapark, "Mainhattan" is a playground for urban creativity. We tap into this local energy to give your leadership training an authentic edge that a hotel lobby just can't match.

Fun fact: Frankfurt is home to one of the oldest legal graffiti walls in Germany. The city has a long history of balancing high-finance with underground art, making it the perfect metaphor for leaders who need to stay "structured" while remaining "creative." ✨
