Typically, our standard team building session in Berlin lasts approximately 2 hours. This provides ample time for an introduction, technique practice, and the final group project. However, we are completely flexible! Some companies prefer a quick 1-hour 'energiser' session, while others opt for a 3-hour deep dive into complex mural design. Just let us know your schedule, and we will tailor the timing to fit your corporate itinerary flawlessly.

Do we need to bring our own protective clothing or gear?

Accepted Answer

We prioritise your team's comfort and safety. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and respiratory masks for every participant. While our spray paint is professional-grade, we recommend that everyone wears comfortable old clothes and trainers just in case. The overalls cover most of your outfit, but a bit of 'street art soul' (a stray paint droplet) can occasionally find its way onto shoes, so don't wear your finest designer gear!

Can you provide the workshop at our own office or a specific venue?

While we have several preferred outdoor 'Hall of Fame' locations and indoor studios across Berlin, we are happy to bring the workshop to your office or a chosen venue. If we work at your location, we use mobile wooden walls or large canvases and take extensive precautions to protect the surrounding area with plastic sheeting. Our team handles the entire setup and cleanup, leaving your premises exactly as we found them—just with more art!

Do my team members need any prior artistic experience?

Not at all! In fact, most of our corporate clients have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert instructors who break down the process into simple, manageable steps. We focus on 'flow' and creativity rather than technical perfection. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team goes from basic lines to creating a stunning, multi-layered mural that looks like it was painted by pros.

What happens if we need to cancel or if an artist is unavailable?

We understand that corporate plans can change. One of the unique benefits of booking with Graffitifun is that we don't require upfront payments; you pay after the workshop is successfully completed. Additionally, we have a network of backup artists available in Berlin. This means that even if an instructor falls ill, we have a 'safety net' to ensure your event goes ahead exactly as planned without any cancellations.

What is the plan if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Berlin weather can be unpredictable, but we always have a plan B. If you've booked an outdoor session and the forecast looks poor, we can often relocate to a covered 'Hall of Fame' area or move the event indoors to one of our partner studios. We monitor the weather closely leading up to your event and will coordinate with you to ensure your team stays dry and creative, regardless of the raindrops.
