Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! No prior artistic experience is needed. This workshop is designed to focus on leadership and teamwork, using graffiti as the medium. Our professional artists in Ghent will guide your team through the technical aspects of spray painting, ensuring everyone feels confident and safe while expressing their leadership style through vibrant street art.

How long does a typical workshop last?

A standard leadership training session in Ghent typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes an introduction to the history of street art, a safety briefing, skill-building exercises, and the collaborative final piece where your team puts their leadership strategies into practice on a large scale.

What is included in the leadership training package?

We provide everything you need to succeed. This includes high-quality spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We also provide the canvases or walls, and most importantly, expert guidance from professional graffiti artists who specialise in team dynamics and creative leadership.

Where in Ghent do the workshops take place?

We can host the session at one of our dedicated legal graffiti zones in Ghent, or we can come to your location if you have suitable outdoor space. We also offer mobile solutions with temporary wooden walls if you want to keep the event right at your office doorstep.

Is the spray paint safe to use for a corporate group?

Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality, low-pressure spray paint and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including professional-grade masks and gloves. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas, and our instructors are trained to ensure a safe, organized, and fun environment for everyone.

How does graffiti training compare to traditional leadership seminars?

Unlike traditional seminars, this workshop requires active participation and real-time problem-solving. It forces leaders out of their comfort zones and into a world where mistakes are part of the art. It builds trust, improves communication, and results in a physical representation of your team's unity that you can even take back to the office!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next leadership event in Ghent? Because the best lessons aren't learned from a book—they're experienced through action. Here's why this works:

Breaks down hierarchies: When everyone is wearing a mask and holding a spray can, titles disappear and authentic communication begins. 🤝
Encourages bold decision making: Graffiti is permanent and fast; it teaches leaders to give clear directions and trust their team's execution. 🔥
Visualises the big picture: Seeing a giant mural come together helps teams understand how individual contributions build a unified vision. 🖼️
Stress-free environment: Our 'fun first' approach reduces corporate anxiety, leading to more creative and honest problem-solving. 🎉
Unique Ghent experience: Tap into the city's edgy, artistic vibe to give your team a memory they’ll actually talk about at the coffee machine. 🏆

Step by step

The creative briefing: We kick things off with a high-energy intro to street art culture and how it mirrors modern leadership: fast-paced, bold, and collaborative.
The conceptual brainstorm: Your team will work together to define their 'leadership vision'. What values represent your group? We'll sketch these out on paper first.
Can control basics: Our pro artists teach you the 'language of the can'. Learn how to create thin lines, fat fills, and smooth gradients—the foundations of your project.
Defining roles: Just like in business, every masterpiece needs a plan. We'll help you assign roles: who's the visionary, who's the detail-oriented 'cutter', and who manages the overall flow?
Laying the foundation: Start the mural! You'll work on the background and shapes, learning to adapt your style to work in harmony with your teammates.
The pressure test: We introduce a creative challenge mid-way through to see how your leaders handle changes and maintain team morale under a deadline.
Detailing and polishing: Use highlights and outlines to make your message pop. This stage requires precision and clear communication between all participants.
The final reveal: We step back to review the collective work. Your team will present their mural and explain how their leadership choices led to the final result.
