Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our networking events in Chiclayo are designed specifically for beginners. Our professional street artists provide a full safety briefing and a 'crash course' in spray painting techniques before you start. We focus on the 'fun' in functional networking, ensuring everyone feels comfortable picking up a can and contributing to the masterpiece, regardless of their artistic background.

What materials are provided during the workshop?

We provide everything you need for a successful event. This includes premium spray paint in a variety of vibrant colours, high-quality protective gear (coveralls, gloves, and masks), and the canvases or boards for your artwork. We also bring the music to keep the energy high! You just need to bring your team and some comfortable shoes you don't mind getting a little dusty.

Is the graffiti activity safe and clean for a business event?

Safety is our absolute priority in Chiclayo. We provide high-grade FFP masks, nitrile gloves, and full-body protective suits to keep your clothes clean. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas, and our instructors are trained to manage group safety. We use professional-grade paint that is safe when used correctly following our artists' instructions.

How long does a typical networking event last?

Standard networking sessions usually last between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction, technique practice, the main collaborative painting phase, and plenty of 'break-out' time for chatting and connecting with other participants. We can also tailor the duration to fit into a larger conference schedule or a shorter evening mixer if required.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you are a small startup hub of 10 people or a large corporate association with 100+ members, we can scale the event to suit your needs. For larger groups, we bring in additional artist-facilitators to ensure everyone gets enough guidance and the networking remains intimate and productive. We always have backup artists ready to go!

How does the 'pay after' policy work?

One of the best perks! We don't require any payment before the event. We trust our clients and are confident in the quality of our service. You can settle the invoice after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied with the experience. This makes the administrative side of your Chiclayo event planning much smoother.

Can we customise the theme of the graffiti?

Yes, we love making things personal! We can incorporate your company colours, logos, or specific event themes into the graffiti designs. Many Chiclayo businesses choose to have a 'central' piece featuring their brand surrounded by the creative contributions of the attendees. Just let us know your vision during the booking process, and we'll make it happen.

Custom concept design: Our artists sketch a concept that integrates your brand or event theme into a massive graffiti mural layout.
Safety & technique intro: On the day, we start with a high-energy intro, covering spray can control, safety measures, and artistic 'hacks'.
The icebreaker session: Attendees start with smaller practice boards, breaking the ice through shared laughter and initial 'tags'.
Collaborative painting: The group moves to the main canvas. This is where the real networking happens as guests work side-by-side on a massive piece of art.
Artist refinement: While you grab a drink and exchange business cards, our professionals add the finishing touches and sharp outlines to ensure the final result looks spectacular.
The big reveal & photos: We unveil the completed masterpiece! It’s the perfect backdrop for group photos and social media posts to commemorate the event.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Chiclayo, the "Heroic City" and the gateway to Peru's northern treasures, is a place defined by its warmth and bustling commercial spirit. From the legendary markets to the rich archaeological history of the Moche culture nearby, creativity is baked into the DNA of the city. While the city is famous for its history, the modern street art scene is growing, reflecting the vibrant energy of its people. 🌆

Fun Fact: Did you know Chiclayo is known as the "Capital of Friendship"? That’s exactly why it’s the perfect location for a networking event built on collaboration and creative camaraderie!

Our events tap into this local spirit of "amistad," providing a space where the traditional commerce of Chiclayo meets the edgy, modern world of urban art. We can even draw inspiration from local iconography, like the Tumi or the designs of the Royal Tombs, to make your networking mural feel truly "Chiclayano."
