Do I need to have any artistic skills to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Jönköping networking events are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned doodlers. Our professional artists will guide you through every step, from holding the can correctly to mastering clean lines. The focus is on the experience, the 'vibe', and making new connections while doing something totally unique. You'll be surprised at what you can create with a little guidance and some spray paint.

What should I wear to a creative networking event?

We provide all the necessary protective gear, including high-quality overalls, gloves, and professional-grade masks. While we take every precaution to keep you clean, we always recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on. Think 'creative casual'! Once you've suited up, you're ready to dive into the spray paint action without worrying about your outfit.

How long does the workshop typically last?

Most of our networking sessions in Jönköping run between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This provides the perfect balance of instructional time, creative expression, and dedicated slots for networking and chatting with other participants. We can also customise the duration to fit into a larger event schedule or a half-day professional development getaway. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy experience from start to finish!

Can you host the event at our specific office or venue?

We are incredibly flexible! We have access to several vibrant outdoor spots and indoor studios in Jönköping. If you have a specific venue in mind, such as your office courtyard or a rented event space, we can often bring the workshop to you. We use high-quality, low-odour paints for specific indoor setups and ensure all floors and surfaces are fully protected before we start the 'graffiti magic'.

Is the spray paint safe to use during the event?

The safety of our guests is our absolute priority. We provide professional FFP3 masks to ensure no one inhales fumes, and our workshops are led by experienced artists who manage the environment carefully. We also provide clear safety briefings before any cans are shaken. It is a controlled, professional environment where you can let your hair down and get creative without any risks.

How do you ensure the event is a success?

Success for us means every participant leaves with a smile and a handful of new professional contacts. Our Jönköping team focuses on 100% satisfaction. Because we don't require upfront payments, our goal is to prove our value through the quality of the experience itself. If your team is laughing, creating, and actually talking to one another, we know we've done our job right!

What happens if the weather is bad or the artist is sick?

We understand that plans can change. One of the unique benefits of booking with Graffitifun is our roster of backup artists. This means that if an instructor is unwell, we have a network of professional talent ready to step in, ensuring your Jönköping event goes ahead exactly as planned. We value your time and your professional schedule, so reliability is a cornerstone of our service.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next networking event in Jönköping? Because traditional networking is often forgotten by the next morning, but spray painting a mural together is an experience that sticks! Here is why it works:

Break the ice instantly: It’s hard to stay formal when you’re both wearing protective suits and holding a spray can! ✨
Equality at the wall: Artistic skill doesn't follow a corporate hierarchy, allowing everyone to connect on a level playing field.
Memorable outcomes: You don't just leave with a business card; you leave with the memory of creating something tangible and impressive. 🏆
Boosted creativity: Stepping out of the office and into a creative headspace helps trigger "outside-the-box" business conversations.
Stress-free booking: With no upfront payment and a team of backup artists, your event is guaranteed to happen without a hitch.
Location flexibility: From the shores of Vättern to urban industrial spaces, we bring the event to wherever Jönköping’s energy is highest.

Step by step

The warm-up: Arrive at the Jönköping venue and grab a refreshment while meeting your fellow attendees in a relaxed, informal setting.
Safety first: Get geared up in our professional protective suits, gloves, and masks. We’ll show you how to use the equipment like a pro.
Intro to the art: Our lead artist shares the basics of graffiti culture and demonstrates essential spray-painting techniques and 'can control'.
Sketching your vision: Brainstorm ideas with your group. Whether it's a company logo or a collaborative mural, we start with a rough plan.
The first layer: Start applying the base colours to your canvas or wall. This is where the energy really starts to pick up!
Interactive breakdown: We take short breaks between layers specifically for networking, allowing you to discuss your work and exchange business cards.
Detailing and outlines: Use thinner nozzles to add the 'pop' to your piece. Our artists are on hand to help you refine your design.
The grand reveal: Step back and admire the collective work of the group. It’s the perfect time for a spectacular team photo!
Follow-up: We wrap up with a final networking session, leaving you with fresh ideas and a whole new circle of professional contacts.

Local culture

Jönköping is more than just a logistical hub; it’s a city with a burgeoning creative soul, driven by the energy of Jönköping University and the Match Museum’s historic charm. As you spray paint against the backdrop of this scenic city, you're tapping into a Swedish culture that increasingly embraces urban art. From the industrial vibes around Torpa to the modern developments near the water, Jönköping's aesthetic is the perfect inspiration for your graffiti session.

Fun Fact: Did you know Jönköping was once the world capital of safety matches? Just like the sparks that started the match industry here, our workshops are designed to spark new ideas and connections between the city's brightest minds! 🔥
