Step by step

  1. Sketching Your Vision: Every great mural starts on paper. We begin by teaching the kids how to design their tags and "pieces" in a sketchbook, focusing on letter structure.
  2. Safety First Briefing: Before touching a can, our experts lead a safety induction. We show how to wear the masks, gloves, and aprons properly to ensure a clean and safe session.
  3. The Canvas Setup: We head to our designated Mumbai wall or set up large-scale canvases. Learning how to prepare the surface is key to a long-lasting artwork.
  4. Mastering Can Control: Students learn the "nozzle basics"—how different pressures and distances change the lines, from thin outlines to fat fills.
  5. Filling and Fading: This is where the colour comes in! We teach the kids how to fill their letters evenly and create smooth gradients or "fades" between different shades.
  6. Adding the 'Pop': We move on to highlights and 3D effects. This step makes the graffiti jump off the wall and gives it that professional street art look.
  7. The Final Outline: The trickiest but most rewarding part. We guide the students through the final clean outlines to make their artwork sharp and defined.
  8. Group Masterpiece Photo: Once the paint is dry, we take high-quality photos of the youth with their creations—a perfect memory of their Mumbai summer camp experience.

Our Mumbai summer camp sessions are designed to be hassle-free for parents and exhilarating for the youth. Each session typically lasts 2 to 3 hours and is led by at least two professional graffiti artists to ensure individual attention. We provide all materials, including premium low-pressure spray cans (easier for kids to control), caps, and full protective gear.
