Is the graffiti workshop safe for festival attendees?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority in Subang Jaya. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to all participants. Our professional artists supervise every spray, ensuring everyone follows safety protocols while having a blast. We use low-odour, high-quality paints wherever possible to keep the environment comfortable for festival-goers of all ages. Your safety and enjoyment are guaranteed!

How much space do you need at the festival grounds?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you are hosting a boutique arts fest at SS15 Courtyard or a massive outdoor music festival, we can scale our setup to fit. We provide various options including mobile walls, large-scale canvases, or even temporary structures. We bring everything needed to turn a small corner or a giant field into a vibrant street art hub.

Do participants need prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our friendly Graffitifun artists walk everyone through the basics, from how to hold the can to mastering 'fades' and 'outlines'. It is all about the experience and having fun. You will be amazed at how quickly your festival guests go from zero to street art hero!

Will festival guests get paint on their clothes?

We believe in 'mess-free' fun. We provide full protective gear, including ponchos and gloves, to ensure your festival outfit stays fresh. We also set up floor coverings and splash zones to keep the local Subang Jaya venue clean. Most participants find that with our gear, they stay completely clean while creating their masterpiece.

Can guests take their artwork home?

One of the best things about our festival workshops is the takeaway! Depending on the setup, guests can create their own individual canvases to take home as a unique souvenir. For larger collaborative murals, the final piece can be displayed at the festival or even moved to a community centre in Subang Jaya afterwards.

What happens if it rains during the event?

Rain or shine, the art doesn't stop. In Subang Jaya, we are used to the occasional tropical drizzle. We can set up under gazebos, event tents, or move the entire activation indoors if the venue allows. Our team is expert at adapting to the Malaysian weather to ensure your festival entertainment remains uninterrupted and high-energy.

How far in advance should we book for a Subang Jaya event?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak festival seasons in Selangor. Ideally, contacting us 4-8 weeks in advance secures your preferred date and allows us to customise the theme to your event. However, we have a large team of backup artists, so even if you have a last-minute request, give us a shout!

Local culture

Subang Jaya has always been a hub for youth culture and creative energy in Malaysia. From the bustling student scene in SS15 to the modern vibes of Sunway City, this city breathes urban life. Street art isn't just decoration here; it’s a language. By bringing a graffiti workshop to your Subang Jaya festival, you’re tapping into that local DNA that values expression and bold movements. Whether your event is near the iconic Subang Parade or in a hidden industrial space, we bring that authentic "Subang" edge to your entertainment line-up.

🎨 Fun Fact: Subang Jaya was originally a rubber plantation before becoming the vibrant city it is today. We love turning that "urban jungle" history into artistic inspiration!
