Is the graffiti workshop safe for students?

Absolutely! We prioritise the well-being of every student. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep those school uniforms clean. All our paint is professional-grade and our instructors are trained to manage large groups safely, ensuring a secure environment where kids can focus entirely on their artistic expression and collaboration. Safety is our number one priority during every session.

How long does a typical school session last?

A standard educational workshop in Esch-sur-Alzette typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows us to cover the history of street art, practice basic spray techniques, and complete a final collaborative mural or individual canvases. We can also adjust the timing to fit into your specific school timetable or back-to-back lesson slots if you have multiple classes participating.

Do we need to travel, or do you come to our school?

We are incredibly flexible! We can come to your school grounds and set up temporary wooden walls or use large cellophane 'walls' stretched between posts. This is a popular choice for schools in Luxembourg. Alternatively, we can help arrange a session at a local legal graffiti wall in the city if you'd prefer an authentic 'street' experience. We provide all the necessary protection for the floors.

Do students need prior art skills to participate?

No experience is necessary at all! Our talented artists are experts at teaching absolute beginners. We start with the basics—how to hold the can, how to control the pressure, and how to create clean lines. By the end of the workshop, students who have never touched a spray can before are always amazed at the professional-looking mural they’ve helped create together.

Can we choose a specific theme for the mural?

Street art is a fantastic tool for exploring various subjects. We can tailor the workshop theme to align with your current curriculum—whether that's history, environmental issues, social justice, or even French and German language themes. Many schools in Esch-sur-Alzette use our workshops to brighten up dull playground walls or to celebrate a specific school anniversary or cultural week.

What is the recommended age for the participants?

We generally recommend our workshops for students aged 10 and up (late primary through secondary school). At this age, they have the physical coordination to handle the spray cans effectively and can fully grasp the artistic concepts we discuss. However, we can adapt the format for slightly younger groups using water-based markers or alternative creative methods if required for a younger year group.

How much does a school graffiti workshop cost?

Our pricing is very flexible and depends on the number of students and the length of the workshop. Generally, prices range from €35 to €70 per student. This price includes all materials, professional instructors, and safety gear. For larger school groups or multi-day projects, we can often offer special rates. It’s best to contact us for a custom quote tailored to your school's budget.
