Why choose us in Kosice?

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next leadership event in Kosice? Because traditional training often stays in the head, but street art gets into the hands and heart. It’s a literal "blank canvas" for your team's development. 🎤

Break Hierarchy: When everyone is wearing a jumpsuit and holding a spray can, titles disappear and authentic communication begins. 💪
Visualise Vision: Translating abstract company goals into a 10-foot mural makes your strategy tangible and memorable.
Foster Agility: Graffiti requires quick thinking. If a drip happens, how does the leader react? It's real-time problem solving at its finest. ⚡
High-Energy Engagement: No one falls asleep during our workshops. The smell of paint and the hiss of the can keep everyone 100% focused.
100% Satisfaction: We are so confident in our pro artists and our process that we guarantee a fun, productive experience for every participant.

How it works

The Creative Brief: We start with a high-energy introduction to graffiti culture and how it mirrors leadership—vision, guts, and collaboration.
Concept Ideation: Your team brainstorms a central theme or "tag" that represents your collective leadership goals for the future.
Skill Mastery: Our pro artists teach you the basics: nozzle control, line work, and the secret to perfect "fades" and "shadows."
Role Allocation: Leaders emerge as the group decides who handles the outlines, who manages the fill-ins, and who oversees the "master plan."
The First Layer: Taking the plunge—applying the "sketch" to the wall. This is where communication and trust between leaders and the team are tested.
Collaborative Execution: The group works in sync, adjusting to each other's styles and correcting mistakes on the fly (just like in business!).
The Final Polish: Adding highlights and "bits" to make the mural pop, requiring focus and attention to detail from every single participant.
The Debrief: We step back and admire the work. Our facilitators link the creative experience back to your specific leadership challenges in the workplace.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our Kosice leadership training is specifically designed for beginners. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, from holding the spray can to mastering advanced shading. The focus isn't on being a perfect artist, but on the leadership lessons learned through the creative process. You'll be amazed at the high-quality mural your team can produce by working together under our expert guidance.

How long does a typical leadership workshop last?

A standard graffiti leadership session in Kosice typically lasts between 2.5 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for the initial briefing, brainstorming, skills practice, and the final collaborative mural project. We can also adapt the duration to fit your specific corporate schedule, offering condensed 'energiser' sessions or full-day deep-dive workshops that include more intensive team-building debriefs.

Is the spray paint safe and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep everyone safe and clean. We use premium spray paint that meets safety standards, and we always ensure the workshop takes place in a well-ventilated area—either at our dedicated Kosice spots or a suitable location of your choice. Our artists oversee every movement to ensure a secure environment.

Where do the workshops take place in Kosice?

We are very flexible! We have several vibrant legal graffiti locations around Kosice that offer an authentic street art atmosphere. However, we can also bring the workshop to your office car park or a rented indoor space using mobile canvas walls. If you’re unsure, we can recommend the best spot based on your group size and the specific goals of your training.

Why is graffiti better for leadership than traditional training?

Graffiti is an incredible tool for leadership because it requires vision, clear communication, and the ability to manage 'organised chaos.' Unlike traditional boardroom exercises, street art offers instant visual feedback on how well a team is collaborating. It breaks down corporate hierarchies, encourages bold decision-making, and forces leaders to trust their team's creative contributions in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

What happens if we need to cancel or change our date?

We understand that plans can change. One of the unique benefits of working with Graffitifun is our 'no upfront payment' policy—you only pay after the workshop is completed. Additionally, we have a large network of professional artists in Slovakia, meaning we always have backup artists available to ensure your event goes ahead even if an instructor falls ill. Your Kosice event is in safe hands.

Can we keep the artwork we create during the session?

Yes, definitely! While the mural itself is often created on a large wall or temporary structure, we can arrange for the team to create smaller individual canvases or a large 'masterpiece' on high-quality transportable materials. Many of our Kosice corporate clients choose to display these final pieces in their offices as a lasting reminder of their team's shared vision and leadership journey.
