Is the spray paint safe for people with sensitivities?

Yes, we prioritise safety and comfort above all else. Our graffiti workshops in Košice use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls. Our artist-instructors are trained to supervise the session closely, ensuring everyone uses the equipment correctly while maintaining a fun and relaxed atmosphere for all participants.

Are your workshops in Košice wheelchair accessible?

Accessibility is a core value for us. Most of our Košice locations are fully wheelchair accessible with flat surfaces and wide entryways. We also use adjustable easels or wall spaces so that participants can create their art from a sitting or standing position. If you have specific venue requirements, just let us know, and we will tailor the setup to suit your group's mobility needs perfectly.

How long does a typical session last?

We usually recommend between 1.5 to 2 hours for our special needs programs. This timeframe is the 'sweet spot'—it provides enough time for everyone to learn the basics and complete a masterpiece without becoming overly tiring. We are completely flexible, though; if your group needs a slower pace or more frequent breaks, we simply adjust the rhythm to match your energy levels.

Can you bring the workshop to our own facility?

Absolutely! We understand that some participants are more comfortable in familiar surroundings. Our team can bring the entire 'mobile graffiti studio' to your school, community centre, or facility in Košice or nearby areas like Prešov. We handle all the floor and wall protection to ensure the space remains clean. It’s a great way to bring the street art experience directly to you.

Do participants need any previous art experience?

No prior experience or artistic talent is required! Our workshops are designed to be inclusive and empowering. We focus on the 'doing' rather than perfection. Our artists provide step-by-step guidance, helping each participant find their own style. Whether someone wants to paint a simple shape or a complex character, we provide the support needed to ensure they feel proud of their final artwork.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything! Your booking includes all spray cans in a wide variety of vibrant colours, protective clothing (overalls, gloves, masks), and the canvases or wall space. We also bring caps (nozzles) that are easy to press for those with limited hand strength. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and perhaps some clothes you don't mind getting a little dusty!

How do I book a session and is a deposit required?

Booking is simple and stress-free. You can use our online cost calculator for an instant estimate, then reach out to us via our contact form. We don't require any upfront payment—you pay after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied. We also have backup artists ready to go, so you never have to worry about last-minute cancellations. Let's start planning today!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your group in Košice? It’s more than just painting; it’s about breaking down barriers and discovering new talents. Here’s why our sessions are so impactful:

Sensory-rich experience: The sound of the spray, the vibrant colours, and the physical movement make it a fantastic sensory activity. ✨
Boosts confidence: Seeing a large-scale piece of art come to life creates a huge sense of individual and group achievement.
Fully inclusive: We adapt our tools, using 'soft' caps for easier spraying and adjustable surfaces for different mobility levels. 💪
Professional support: Our artists aren't just talented; they are patient, friendly, and love sharing their passion with everyone.
Therapeutic outlet: Street art offers a non-verbal way to express emotions and release stress in a supportive environment. 🎤
Flexible & Stress-free: With no upfront payment and sessions that can be held anywhere, we make the planning process easy for you. 🎉

Step by step

Warm welcome and intro: We start with a friendly meet-and-greet where our artists explain the plan for the day in an easy-to-follow way. ✨
Gear up for safety: We help everyone put on their protective overalls, gloves, and masks to stay clean and safe throughout the session.
The 'Tag' creation: Everyone starts by sketching their own unique 'tag' or name on paper, or choosing from some of our cool pre-made stencils.
Learning the spray: Our artists demonstrate how to hold the can and control the pressure. We use special soft-touch nozzles that are easier for everyone to spray.
Background magic: Time to pick your favourite colours! We start by filling in the background of your canvas or wall space with vibrant shades. 🎨
Outline and detail: We guide participants as they add the outlines and final details to their art, ensuring every piece looks fantastic.
Group masterpiece: If the group wants, we can collaborate on one big 'community piece' that represents everyone's unique contribution.
The big reveal: We take a moment to admire everyone's hard work, take some group photos, and celebrate the incredible creativity on display! 📸
Cleanup and wrap-up: We handle all the messy bits, leaving you only with your finished artwork and a big smile.

Local culture

Košice isn't just the heart of Eastern Slovakia; it’s a city that breathes culture, especially after its reign as the European Capital of Culture. Between the Gothic beauty of St. Elisabeth Cathedral and the buzzing vibe of Hlavná ulica, there is a hidden world of urban creativity. The city is home to some incredible murals, particularly around the Kulturpark and the Tabačka Kulturfabrik area, where the alternative scene thrives. 🏙️

Our workshops tap into this local spirit of "Metropola východu" (Metropolis of the East). We bring the same energy you see in the street art of the Terasa district right to your group. Fun Fact: Košice is home to one of Europe's largest open-air street art galleries, with giant murals painted by world-renowned artists on the sides of block flats! By participating in our workshop, your group joins this rich local tradition of creative expression. 🇸🇰
