How it works
- The warm-up: Arrive at the venue and meet your fellow professionals. We start with a quick icebreaker to get the creative juices flowing.
- Gear up: Every participant receives protective clothing, including a professional mask and gloves. Safety and cleanliness are our must-haves!
- Artist demo: Our pro graffiti artist shows you the ropes, demonstrating basic techniques like lines, fills, and 'fading' effects.
- Sketching the vision: Work in small teams to brainstorm your design on paper, ensuring everyone’s ideas are heard and integrated.
- First spray: Take to the wall or canvas. It’s time to shake the cans and lay down the first layers of your collaborative masterpiece.
- Networking in flow: As you paint, you'll naturally chat with your teammates. This 'low-pressure' environment is where the best connections happen.
- Final touches: Our artists help you add those sharp outlines and highlights that make the artwork pop and look truly professional.
- The big reveal: Step back and admire the collective work. It’s a perfect photo opportunity for your company’s social media or internal newsletter.
- Feedback & Wrap-up: Share your thoughts on the experience, exchange final business cards, and head home feeling inspired.

Do we need any previous art experience to participate?
Absolutely! Our Barquisimeto networking events are designed for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. Our professional graffiti artists provide a full safety briefing and a 'how-to' crash course before you start. We focus on the process of creation and connection rather than technical perfection. You'll be surprised at how much you can achieve with a little guidance and a spray can in your hand!
Is the graffiti workshop safe for a professional networking event?
Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls, to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. Our workshops use professional-grade spray paint in well-ventilated or outdoor areas. Our artists are trained to manage groups safely, ensuring that the only thing you take home (besides your art) are great memories and new professional contacts.
How long does a typical networking event last?
A standard networking creative session usually lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introductory icebreaker, the artistic demonstration, and plenty of time for attendees to collaborate on their pieces while chatting. We can adjust the duration to fit your specific schedule, whether you want a quick energiser or a deep-dive afternoon of collaborative painting and discussion.
Where in Barquisimeto do these events take place?
We are flexible! We can host the event at various locations across Barquisimeto, from outdoor plazas to creative indoor studios. If you already have a venue for your conference or meeting, we can often bring the mobile graffiti wall to you. We just need a well-ventilated space and permission to spray. We handle all the setup and clean-up, making it completely hassle-free.
How much does a networking event in Barquisimeto cost?
Our pricing is tailored to your specific needs, depending on the number of attendees, the duration of the event, and the location. We don’t require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience. For an accurate price estimate, simply use our online cost calculator or request a personalized quote today.
Can we customise the art theme to match our business goals?
Yes! We can tailor the entire creative process to reflect your brand or event theme. Whether you want the group to incorporate specific corporate colours, replicate a logo, or paint a mural that represents your industry's future, our artists will guide the group to ensure the final result is meaningful. It’s a fantastic way to reinforce your message while everyone is having fun.
