How it works

The artistic briefing: Your team meets our pro artists at a cool Larissa location for a quick intro into the history of street art.
Safety first: Everyone gets suited up in protective gear and learns the 'do’s and don'ts' of using spray cans effectively.
First lines: We start with basic techniques—how to hold the can, create dots, and spray smooth lines on individual practice areas.
Concept brainstorming: The team works together to sketch a concept that represents your company values or a specific team goal.
The outline phase: Our artists help you scale up your design onto the large-scale collaborative wall or canvas.
Colour and filling: This is where the magic happens! The whole team dives in to fill the design with vibrant colours and gradients.
Highlighting and details: Learn how to add 'lowlights' and 'highlights' to make your graffiti letters pop and look three-dimensional.
Cleaning the edges: Use 'cutting' techniques to refine the edges and make the final artwork look sharp and professional.
The grand reveal: Step back, enjoy the view, and take a massive team photo in front of your collaborative masterpiece!

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Larissa team development workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide your team through the basics of spray painting, lettering, and filling. By the end of the session, even the most 'uncreative' team member will be amazed at what they can produce. It’s all about the experience and the collective energy!

Is the graffiti workshop safe and what gear is provided?

Safety is our top priority. we provide high-quality protective gear, including overalls, gloves, and specialized masks. We use professional spray cans and conduct a safety briefing at the start of every session. Whether we are in an indoor studio or an outdoor space in Larissa, we ensure the environment is well-ventilated and secure for all participants to enjoy.

How long does a typical team workshop last?

A standard team development session usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows enough room for the initial brainstorming, learning the techniques, and the grand finale—creating your massive team mural. If you have a specific schedule to stick to, we can definitely adjust the pace to fit your corporate itinerary perfectly.

Where in Larissa do the workshops take place?

We can host the workshop at various outdoor locations in Larissa, or we can bring the art studio to you! If your office has a suitable outdoor area or a very well-ventilated indoor space, we can set up our mobile plastic walls and protective flooring. Alternatively, we can recommend local spots that capture the authentic Greek street art vibe.

What should our team wear to the event?

Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little dusty, though we do provide full protective suits. Comfortable shoes are a must as you'll be on your feet and moving around the canvas. Since Larissa can get quite warm, especially in the summer months, we recommend light, breathable clothing underneath your overalls to keep you cool while you create.

How does graffiti help with team development specifically?

Graffiti is the ultimate icebreaker! Unlike traditional team building, street art requires constant communication, space-sharing, and a unified vision. Your team will have to negotiate colours, styles, and layouts, which naturally boosts collaborative problem-solving. Plus, there is no better feeling of 'team win' than stepping back to see a 10-metre masterpiece you all built together.

What happens if we need to cancel or change our booking?

We understand that plans can change. One of the Graffitifun guarantees is that we have backup artists available to ensure your event goes ahead no matter what. Regarding payments, we offer a 'pay after the workshop' policy for most bookings, giving you peace of mind. If you need to reschedule, just let us know as early as possible!
