Do we need any prior art experience or talent?

Absolutely no artistic skill is required! Our Rancagua workshops are designed for everyone, from accountants to sales reps. Our professional artists guide you through basic spray techniques and letterforms before we start on the main mural. You'll be surprised at how quickly your team picks up the 'can-control' skills needed to create something impressive. It's about collaboration and trying something new, not being a Picasso.

Is it safe, and will our clothes get dirty?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear for every participant, including FFP2/FFP3 masks to filter fumes, disposable overalls to protect your clothing, and nitrile gloves. We also conduct a safety briefing before any cans are shaken. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas or outdoors to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all your staff members.

How long does a typical team workshop last?

A standard team development session in Rancagua typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes an introduction to graffiti culture, a practice session on individual boards, a planning phase for your team mural, and the final painting experience. We can customise the duration to fit your corporate schedule, whether you want an intensive 90-minute icebreaker or a full-afternoon deep-dive session.

Where in Rancagua does the workshop take place?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you want to host the workshop at your office car park in Rancagua, a local park, or one of our partner urban art locations in the O'Higgins region, we can make it happen. If we paint at your location, we take care of all the necessary floor and wall protection to ensure the site remains spotless after we leave.

What happens if the weather is bad or the artist cancels?

We offer a 'No Play, No Pay' confidence guarantee. Because we have a large network of professional artists across Chile, we always have backup instructors available. If your lead artist is magically unavailable, we deploy a backup so your event goes ahead. Plus, you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed, ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the experience.

Can we incorporate our company mission or values?

Yes! Creating a shared mural is the ultimate team-building exercise. Your team will have to brainstorm a concept (perhaps incorporating your company values or logo), divide tasks, and communicate constantly to ensure the pieces fit together. It breaks down departmental silos and encourages a different kind of problem-solving that translates perfectly back to the office environment.

Local culture

Rancagua might be famous for its huaso culture and the Medialuna, but there is a burgeoning urban energy flowing through this historic city. From the murals found near the Plaza de los Héroes to the creative pockets in the surrounding neighbourhoods, street art is becoming a vital part of the local identity. We bring that gritty, authentic 'Rancaguino' spirit to your corporate event, blending the city's traditional roots with modern, urban expression.

Fun Fact: Did you know Rancagua is known as the "City of Heroes"? What better place to reveal the hidden "creative heroes" within your own company? 🔥
