GRAFFITI ANTI-VANDALISM PROGRAM IN PORT ELIZABETH
Book the ultimate graffiti anti-vandalism workshop in Port Elizabeth. Learn pro street art skills, respect the community, and have a blast. R400-R900 pp.

Welcome to the Friendly City's most vibrant creative initiative! Our graffiti anti-vandalism program in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) is all about channelling energy into something positive, legal, and visually stunning. Instead of messy tags on walls where they don’t belong, we teach participants how to harness the power of street art to beautify our community and express themselves with purpose. Whether you're a school group, a local youth club, or a business looking to give back, our pro artists are here to show you that a spray can is a tool for art, not destruction. We’ve been bringing the street art vibe to South Africa for years, and we’re ready to help you make your mark in the right way. 🎨 Ready to make your mark?

The experience
Why choose our anti-vandalism workshop in PE? It’s more than just painting; it’s about transformation. Here’s why our program stands out:
- 💪 Turn Energy into Art: We redirect the urge to tag into high-quality, professional street art skills.
- 🏆 Learn from the Best: Our team consists of seasoned graffiti artists who live and breathe this culture.
- 🌍 Community Pride: Participants gain a sense of ownership over their environment, making them protectors of their city.
- 🎉 Pure Fun: Let’s be honest, spraying paint is an absolute blast! It's a massive confidence booster.
- 🛡️ Zero Risk: We handle all the prep and cleanup, ensuring a professional and legal experience from start to finish.
- 📈 Skill Building: Beyond art, we teach planning, patience, and spatial awareness.

Step by step
- Introduction & Safety: We kick things off with a meet-and-greet and a vital safety briefing on how to use spray equipment responsibly.
- The Vandalism Talk: A candid discussion about the difference between illegal tagging and the culture of street art, focusing on community respect.
- Technique Demo: Our pro artists show you the basics: how to control the spray, create sharp lines, and manage 'fades'.
- Sketching your Vision: Before the paint flies, you'll sketch your ideas on paper to plan your positive message or design.
- First Sprays: Head to the wall or canvas to get a feel for the can. It’s all about muscle memory and confidence!
- The Masterpiece: Start working on the main project, applying the layers and colours you've planned out with artist guidance.
- Detailing & Outlining: This is where the magic happens! We add the final outlines and highlights to make your work pop.
- Group Review: We take a moment to admire everyone's work and discuss how creative expression feels compared to vandalism.
- Photo Ops & Cleanup: Snap some shots of your work for the 'gram, and then we handle the responsible disposal of materials.

Local culture
Street art in Port Elizabeth
Port Elizabeth, or Gqeberha, is a city built on grit and heart. From the historic murals along Route 67 to the salty sea breeze of Summerstrand, there is inspiration around every corner. Our workshops tap into this local spirit, encouraging participants to draw from PE’s rich cultural heritage and beautiful coastal landscapes. We believe that by giving locals a platform to create art that represents their own backyard, we foster a deep sense of pride that naturally discourages vandalism. ✨
Fun Fact: Did you know Port Elizabeth is home to one of the largest public art collections in South Africa? Route 67 features 67 public artworks symbolising the 67 years Nelson Mandela dedicated to the freedom of South Africa. Our workshops strive to add to that legacy of constructive creativity!
