What should I wear to an indoor graffiti workshop?

While we recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little dusty, we provide high-quality protective gear including overalls, gloves, and professional masks. Our indoor setup in New York City is designed to keep the paint on the canvas and off your sneakers. We use low-odor spray paint specifically designed for indoor use to ensure a comfortable breathing environment for everyone.

Is it safe to spray paint indoors?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide professional-grade respiratory masks and ensure our indoor venues have proper ventilation systems. Our artists are trained to manage indoor airflow and we use specialized low-pressure cans that produce less overspray. You get all the thrill of the street art experience in a controlled, safe, and legal environment right in the heart of NYC.

How long does the graffiti experience last?

Our standard indoor party workshops typically run between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. This gives your group enough time to learn the basic strokes, sketch your masterpiece, and execute the final spray. If you have a specific timeline for your New York event, just let us know! We can often tailor the rhythm of the workshop to fit your schedule perfectly.

Can we choose a specific theme for our graffiti art?

Absolutely! While we love seeing your unique style, we can definitely prepare custom stencils or themes based on your party's vibe. Whether it's a specific "New York State of Mind" theme or a birthday shoutout, our artists can help guide the creative direction. You can also use our online Tag Creator before the event to practice your design ideas.

Do I need to pay in advance for the NYC workshop?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We don't require any upfront payment to secure your date. You can pay after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied with the experience. We believe in the quality of our NYC artists and our program, so we want you to feel confident booking with us.

Do we need prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Most of our guests have never held a spray can before. Our professional NYC street artists are experts at breaking down complex techniques into simple, fun steps. We start with the basics—how to hold the can and control the pressure—and move up to shadows and highlights. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at what you created.
