What should we wear to an indoor graffiti party?

For our indoor parties in Philadelphia, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little paint on. While we provide high-quality protective ponchos and gloves, graffiti is an energetic art form, and sometimes a stray droplet of paint might find its way onto your shoes or sleeves. Think of it as a creative souvenir! We suggest leaving the designer gear at home and opting for sneakers and casual wear instead.

Do we need any previous art experience?

Not at all! Our Philadelphia workshops are designed for everyone, from people who can't draw a stick figure to seasoned artists. Our professional graffiti mentors will guide your group through the basics of 'can control,' lettering, and shading. You will be amazed at how quickly you can create a professional-looking piece of street art when you have the right tools and a bit of expert guidance from our team.

Is it safe to spray paint indoors?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-odor, artist-grade spray paint and ensure that all indoor venues have proper ventilation. Additionally, we provide all necessary safety gear, including gloves and protective suits. Our artists are trained to manage the environment professionally, so you can focus entirely on having a blast and creating art without worrying about the technical or safety details of using spray cans indoors.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

A standard indoor party workshop in Philly usually lasts between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. This gives us enough time to cover the history of the art form, practice basic techniques on our practice walls, and then dive into the main event—creating your individual or group masterpiece. We find this timing is the 'sweet spot' for keeping energy levels high while ensuring everyone finishes a project they are proud of.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you are hosting a small, intimate birthday celebration for 10 people or a massive corporate team-building event for 200, we can accommodate your needs. For very large groups in Philadelphia, we bring in additional backup artists to ensure everyone gets personal attention and instruction. No group is too big or too small for a Graffitifun experience—we scale our setup to fit your party perfectly.

How do I book and do I need to pay upfront?

Booking is easy and stress-free! You can start by requesting a custom quote through our website. We don't require any upfront payment to secure your date, as we believe in the quality of our service. You simply pay after the workshop is completed. Once we finalize the details of your Philly event, we handle all the logistics, materials, and setup, so you can just show up and start spraying!

Local culture

Philadelphia is a city with muralism and street art in its DNA. From the legendary "Cornbread"—the man who arguably started modern graffiti right here in the 60s—to the world-renowned Mural Arts program, Philly is a global capital for public expression. When you join us for an indoor party, you're not just spraying paint; you're connecting with a local legacy that spans from North Philly to South Street.

Fun Fact: Philadelphia is often credited as the birthplace of modern graffiti culture, predating even the famous New York City scene by several years. Tags like "Cornbread Loves Cynthia" changed the world from right here in PA! 🥨
