Do I need to have any artistic skills to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely not! Our indoor graffiti parties in Tacna are designed for everyone, from those who can't draw a straight line to seasoned doodlers. Our pro artists will walk you through every step, starting with basic shapes and lines before moving on to filling and shadowing. You'll be amazed at how quickly you pick up the techniques and how professional your final masterpiece looks. It's all about having a laugh and trying something new!

Is it safe to spray paint indoors?

Safety is our number one priority. We use high-quality spray paints and provide all necessary protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. When working indoors in Tacna, we ensure the space is well-ventilated or use specialized low-odour water-based paints that are much friendlier for indoor environments. Our artists are also trained in safety protocols to ensure everyone has a blast without any risks.

What should I wear to an indoor graffiti party?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on, though we provide full protective suits and gloves. While we take every precaution to keep you clean, it's better to leave your designer gear at home just in case! Comfortable shoes are also a plus since you'll be standing and moving around while you create your urban art.

How long does a typical indoor session last?

Standard indoor workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a cool introduction, some practice runs on cardboard or practice walls, and then the main event—creating your final piece on a professional canvas. We move at a pace that keeps the energy high while making sure nobody feels rushed during their creative flow.

Can we take our artwork home after the party?

Definitely! We usually provide high-quality canvases for indoor parties so that every guest has a physical souvenir to take home. Alternatively, we can arrange for a large collective mural on a mobile wall that you can display in your office or home. It’s the perfect way to remember the day you and your mates conquered the street art scene in Tacna.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

Our indoor experiences are highly flexible. We can host small groups of 5-10 people for intimate birthdays or bachelor parties, but we also have the capacity for much larger corporate groups or school cohorts. If you have a specific venue in mind in Tacna, or need us to find a suitable indoor space, just let us know and we will tailor the setup to fit your group size perfectly.

What happens if the artist can't make it?

We pride ourselves on reliability. Unlike individual freelancers, Graffitifun has a large team of professional artists. We always have backup artists on standby, so even if someone falls ill, your event in Tacna will proceed exactly as planned. We haven't missed a party yet! Plus, you don't have to pay anything upfront; you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed.

Step by step

The warm welcome: Your group meets our professional graffiti artist at the Tacna indoor venue. We’ll kick things off with a high-energy intro about the history of street art.
Safety first: We suit everyone up in protective gear. Masks, gloves, and overalls are provided to ensure the only thing getting painted is the canvas!
The 'Tag' masterclass: Learn how to create your own signature. Every legend starts with a tag, and we’ll show you the flow and rhythm behind it.
Can control basics: Our pros demonstrate how to hold the spray can, how to control the pressure, and how to get different line widths for that crisp look.
Sketching the vision: You’ll start sketching your main design onto your canvas or board, with our artists giving you tips on composition and style.
Filling and fading: This is where the colour happens! Learn how to fill large areas and create those iconic graffiti gradients and fades.
The final outline: The 'Power Line'—we’ll show you how to add the final sharp outlines and highlights that make your artwork pop off the surface.
Gallery viewing: We wrap up by displaying all the pieces together for a group photo. It’s time to admire the collective creativity of your squad!
Takeaway: Pack up your fresh canvases to take home. You’re now officially part of the Tacna street art community!

Local culture

Tacna, known as the "Ciudad Heroica," is a place of incredible national pride and resilience. While the city is famous for its Arch of the Heroes and the stunning Cathedral, there is a growing contemporary pulse in the local neighbourhoods. By bringing an indoor graffiti party here, we're tapping into that modern Peruvian spirit that blends tradition with bold, new forms of expression.

Our workshops often take inspiration from the stunning desert landscapes surrounding the city and the vibrant colours of local festivals. Whether you're near the Avenida Bolognesi or tucked away in a cool industrial space in the Cercado, the energy of Tacna fuels every spray can stroke.

Fun Fact: Did you know Tacna is one of the brightest cities in Peru? With all that natural light, your vibrant graffiti colours will look even more spectacular as you layer them onto your canvas! 🎨
