Can we host the charity fundraiser indoors if it rains?

Absolutely! While we love working outdoors alongside the Drava River, we have several indoor partner venues in Maribor that are perfectly ventilated for spray painting. If the weather doesn't play ball, we simply move the charity magic indoors. We also use low-odour, professional-grade water-based paints for indoor sessions to ensure everyone stays comfortable while creating their masterpieces.

How far in advance do we need to book the workshop?

Ideally, we recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance for Maribor events, especially during the busy summer festival season. This gives us enough time to help you promote the event and secure your preferred artist. However, we have a large team of backup artists, so if you have a last-minute 'brainwave' for a fundraiser, get in touch and we will do our best to make it happen!

Is there an age limit for the participants?

Anyone from age 6 to 106 can join in! Graffiti is a fantastic equaliser. We provide different nozzle sizes and lighter cans for younger children or those with less grip strength. Our Maribor artists are experts at guiding all skill levels, ensuring that whether you're a seasoned creative or someone who hasn't held a pen in years, you'll produce something amazing for the cause.

What materials are included in the charity event package?

We provide everything! This includes high-quality spray paint in a rainbow of colours, protective overalls, gloves, masks, and the canvases or boards themselves. We even bring the inspiration! You just need to bring your enthusiasm and perhaps some old shoes. For charity events, we can also provide 'blank' templates of your logo to ensure the finished results are brand-consistent for your auction.

What happens if the event doesn't meet our expectations?

We have a 'fun guaranteed' policy! If for any reason the workshop doesn't meet the high standards we've set, we'll work tirelessly to make it right. Because we don't require upfront payments, our focus is entirely on delivering a high-energy, successful event that leaves your donors smiling and your charity boxes full. Your success in Maribor is our success too!

Can we auction off the artwork created during the event?

Yes! We can arrange for the final pieces to be created on high-quality transportable canvases or even large wooden panels. These look incredible in office lobbies or can be sold during a live auction right after the workshop. Many Maribor businesses love bidding on these unique, locally-made pieces of street art, providing an immediate boost to your fundraising totals.

Local culture

Maribor has a soul that beats for culture and creativity, from the historic Lent district to the modern vibes of the Pekarna Cultural Centre. Street art is woven into the city's fabric, and hosting a charity event in Maribor allows you to tap into that local artistic energy. We often find inspiration in the city's icons—imagine a graffiti-style Old Vine or the rolling hills of Pohorje reimagined in neon spray paint! Our workshops bring that urban 'Kulturna četrt' feeling directly to your fundraiser.

Fun Fact: Maribor was the European Capital of Culture in 2012, and since then, the street art scene has exploded! By choosing a graffiti theme for your fundraiser, you're aligning with the city's modern, artistic identity. 🎨
