Do my guests need to have any artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely! While the final result is a beautiful piece of art, the real 'win' for your charity event is the participation. Our Montero street artists guide every guest through the basics. We ensure that even those who have never held a spray can before feel confident and contribute something meaningful. The focus is on community, collective effort, and supporting your cause while having a blast.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls, to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. Our aerosol paints are used in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially prepared indoor spaces. Our professional instructors are always on hand to manage the equipment and ensure the workshop runs smoothly and safely for all age groups involved in your fundraiser.

What kind of art can we create at a charity event?

We are incredibly flexible. For charity events in Montero, we can create one giant collaborative mural on a temporary wall, or we can have participants spray individual canvases that can later be auctioned off or sold to raise further funds. We can even incorporate your charity’s logo or specific campaign slogans into the design to make sure the message hits home.

How does the 'pay after' policy work for non-profits?

We believe in transparency and trust. You don't need to pay anything upfront when booking your Montero charity event with Graffitifun. You only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed. This allows you to focus on your fundraising goals without worrying about initial overheads or financial risks. We want the process to be as stress-free as possible for your organisation.

How long does a typical charity graffiti session last?

Ideally, a session for a charity event or fundraiser lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This gives enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a full-scale mural. However, we can adapt the timing to fit your specific schedule. If you have a full-day festival planned in Montero, we can run 'drop-in' style sessions throughout the afternoon.

What happens if it rains or there is a last-minute cancellation?

While we love the sunshine of Montero, we always have a backup plan. If your workshop is outdoors and the weather turns, we can often move to a covered area or use protective gazebos. Additionally, we have a network of backup artists available, so your event will never be cancelled due to staff illness. Your fundraiser is safe with us!

How much does it cost to book a charity graffiti event?

The best way to get an accurate price is to use our online Cost Calculator or request a quote. Because charity events vary so much in size—from 20 people to several hundred—we tailor our pricing to your specific needs, group size, and the amount of materials required. We always strive to provide the best value to help you maximise your fundraising potential.

Local culture

Montero, often called the 'Agricultural Capital of Bolivia', is a city that prides itself on growth and community spirit. Located in the heart of the Santa Cruz department, the vibe here is energetic and industrious. Bringing a graffiti charity event to Montero taps into this local pride, turning public spaces or private venues into platforms for social change. While the city is known for its sugar and soy production, its urban culture is rapidly evolving, making it the perfect canvas for modern street art that speaks to the hearts of the Montereños.

Fun Fact: Montero is named after Colonel Marceliano Montero, a hero of the Battle of Ingavi. Just as the city honours its history, your graffiti mural can honour the future of your cause! 🎨

Whether you're hosting your event near the bustling Plaza Principal or at a local community centre, the colourful backdrop of a graffiti workshop adds a contemporary edge that attracts younger donors and families alike.

Pricing

Every charity event is unique, and our pricing reflects that. Factors such as the number of participants, the duration of the workshop, and the amount of materials needed will influence the final cost. We offer competitive rates to ensure as much money as possible goes toward your noble cause.
