Do the kids need to have prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Our youth projects in Montero are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to those who already doodle in their notebooks. Our professional artists guide the group through every step, starting with basic lines and moving up to complex fills and shadows. We focus on the process and the fun of creation, ensuring every participant feels like a pro by the end of the session.

Is graffiti painting safe for teenagers and children?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality masks, gloves, and overalls. Our spray paints are selected for their quality, and we always work in well-ventilated outdoor environments or large open spaces. Our instructors are also trained to manage groups safely, ensuring that the cans are used responsibly and that everyone stays protected while they create.

How long does a typical youth project session last?

Our youth workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, some practice on individual boards, and the completion of a large-scale collaborative mural. We can adjust the timing to fit into a specific school schedule or community event timetable if needed. We make sure the energy stays high from the first spray to the final photo!

What is your payment policy? Do I need to pay upfront?

We believe in total transparency and flexibility. You don't need to pay anything upfront when you book your Montero youth project. Payment is only settled after the workshop is complete and everyone is happy with the results. This ensures you can book with confidence, knowing that we are committed to delivering a fantastic experience for your group before any costs are finalised.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything! Your booking includes premium spray paint in a rainbow of colours, caps for different line widths, protective clothing (gloves, masks, suits), and the surfaces to paint on. We can bring large wooden canvases or use a designated wall area. You just need to bring your enthusiasm and wear some old clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty.

What happens if it rains on the day of the workshop?

While we can't control the weather in Montero, we always have a plan B. If the forecast looks bad, we can often move the project to a covered outdoor area or use an indoor space with proper ventilation using water-based paints. Because we have a large team of backup artists, we almost never have to cancel a session—we find a way to make the magic happen regardless!

Can we choose a specific theme for our youth mural?

Absolutely! We love it when youth projects have a specific message or theme. Whether it's about environmental awareness, local Montero pride, or a specific school value, our artists can help the group design a mural that reflects those ideas. It's a great way to combine creative expression with meaningful community messages, making the final artwork even more impactful for the participants.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next youth initiative in Montero? It’s more than just painting on walls—it’s about building confidence, teamwork, and a unique sense of accomplishment. Here is why our workshops are a hit:

Total inclusivity: You don't need to be a "natural artist" to create something amazing with a spray can. 💪
Professional mentorship: Work alongside real street artists who share their secrets and stories from the industry.
Physical & active: It gets kids away from screens and into a hands-on, active environment where they can literally see their progress. 🚀
Community pride: Creating a permanent (or semi-permanent) mural gives youth a lasting stake in their local neighbourhood.
Stress-free booking: No upfront payments and a 100% satisfaction guarantee means you can relax while we handle the chaos!
Skills for life: We teach planning, coordination, and the importance of creative expression as a healthy outlet. 🎉

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us to share your vision for the Montero youth project, including group size and your preferred location.
Design conceptualisation: Our artists work with you to brainstorm themes or styles that will resonate with the young people involved.
On-site setup: On the day, we arrive early to set up the painting zone, covering floors and preparing the canvases or walls.
Safety briefing & techniques: We start with a fun introduction, teaching the kids how to use the equipment safely and correctly.
Practice session: Participants get to try their first "tags" and lines on practice boards to get a feel for the spray pressure.
Filling the mural: The group moves to the main artwork, working together to fill in the large characters and background elements.
Outlining & detailing: Our pro artists help the kids add those sharp outlines and highlights that make the graffiti pop.
The big reveal: We take a group photo with the finished masterpiece—a proud moment for every young artist involved!
Zero-mess cleanup: We pack up all materials and ensure the site is left clean and tidy, leaving only the artwork behind.

Local culture

Montero, the "Agricultural Capital of Bolivia", is known for its hardworking spirit and bustling energy. We bring that same industrious vibe to our graffiti workshops, encouraging the local youth to cultivate their creativity just as the city cultivates the surrounding plains. From the lively vibes near the Plaza Principal to the growing urban areas, there is a massive appetite for modern art forms that celebrate the city's identity. 🎨

Fun fact: Montero is named after the brave Colonel Marceliano Montero, but today it's just as famous for its sugar industry! We think it's time to add "thriving street art scene" to that list of local achievements. Our projects aim to give the kids of Montero a sense of ownership over their urban environment through positive, legal, and beautiful creative expression. 🔥
