Do I need to be an artist to join the charity workshop?

Absolutely! No prior painting experience is required to participate in our charity graffiti workshops. Our professional artists will guide your guests through every step, from basic spray can techniques to creating full-scale murals. It’s all about having fun and contributing to a good cause, regardless of your artistic background. We make sure everyone feels confident and creative by the time they pick up their first can.

What equipment do you provide for the fundraiser?

For your Nyeri fundraiser, we provide everything needed for a successful event. This includes high-quality spray paint in a vibrant range of colours, protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep everyone’s clothes clean. We also bring the canvases or mobile graffiti walls. Our team handles the entire setup and pack-down, so you can focus on your fundraising goals and engaging with your donors.

Is the spray paint safe for all participants?

Safety is our number one priority. we provide high-grade FFP2 or FFP3 respiratory masks and nitrile gloves for all participants. We also use low-pressure spray cans which are much easier to control, especially for beginners. We recommend hosting these events in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large halls. Our expert team remains on-site throughout the event to supervise and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.

What happens if it rains during our outdoor event?

Nyeri's weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered! If you are planning an outdoor charity event and it starts to rain, we can often move the activity under a large marquee or relocate to a pre-arranged indoor backup space. Because we use mobile graffiti walls, our setup is quite flexible. We always keep a close eye on the forecast and coordinate with you to ensure the event goes ahead smoothly.

What happens to the graffiti art after the event?

The artwork created during the event belongs to you! Many Nyeri charities choose to auction off the finished canvases at the end of the day to raise even more funds. Alternatively, some organisations keep the murals to decorate their offices or community centres as a lasting memory of the event. We can also help coordinate the live auction by explaining the creative process to the bidders.

How far in advance should we book the event?

Since our charity workshops are completely bespoke, we recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 4 to 8 weeks in advance—to secure your preferred date and allow for backup artist scheduling. However, we know that community events can sometimes come together quickly, so feel free to reach out even on shorter notice. We will always do our best to accommodate your Nyeri fundraiser if our schedule allows.

How much does a graffiti charity event cost?

Pricing for our charity events is highly flexible and depends entirely on your group size, the duration of the workshop, and the specific materials required. We offer transparent quotes with no hidden fees, and the best part is that you don't have to pay anything upfront! You only pay after the workshop is successfully completed. The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next big Nyeri fundraiser? It’s more than just paint on a wall; it’s an experience that breaks down barriers and builds community. Here is why our workshops are the perfect fit for your charity: 🔥

Massive engagement: Watching a mural come to life is magnetising. It keeps your donors on-site longer and keeps spirits high.
Shareable moments: Graffiti is incredibly "Instagrammable." Your guests will be sharing photos of your Nyeri event all over social media, giving your charity free publicity! 📸
Tangible items: At the end of the day, you have a professional-grade artwork that can be auctioned off or displayed in the community.
Zero stress for you: We handle the mess, the materials, and the teaching. You just focus on your guests and your cause. 💪
Inclusivity: Street art is for everyone! From kids to seniors, everyone in Nyeri can pick up a can and contribute to the masterpiece.

Step by step

Goal setting: We start by chatting about your Nyeri charity’s mission and what you hope to achieve with the fundraiser.
Design consultation: Our artists create a concept that incorporates your charity’s logo, colours, or a specific community theme.
On-site setup: We arrive early at your Nyeri venue to set up protected flooring, mobile graffiti walls, and all the gear.
Safety briefing: Every participant gets a quick rundown on how to use the equipment safely and effectively.
Artistic coaching: Our professional artists demonstrate cool techniques like fading, outlining, and "filling in."
Collaborative painting: Your guests and donors grab a can and start bringing the mural to life under our guidance.
The big reveal: We add the professional finishing touches to make the artwork pop and look truly world-class.
Fundraising finale: The session ends with photos, and if you like, a live auction of the canvases to boost your local impact.

Good to know

Duration: Most sessions run for 2 to 3 hours, but we can adapt to your event's specific schedule. 🕒
Group sizes: Whether it's an intimate group of 10 or a massive event for 200+, we can scale our setup to fit.
What’s included: Professional artists, premium spray paint, canvases, masks, gloves, and protective clothing. ✅

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Nyeri is a town with a deep sense of community and a rich history, nestled right in the heart of the Central Highlands. We love the energy here! While Nyeri is famous for its stunning views of Mt. Kenya and its historical landmarks, the local creative scene is rapidly growing. Street art is a powerful medium for storytelling, and what better place to tell your charity's story than against the backdrop of this bustling town? Our workshops tap into that local Kenyan spirit of "Harambee"—pulling together—to create something beautiful. ✨

Fun fact: Nyeri was once the home of the legendary Lord Baden-Powell, the founder of the Scouting movement. Just like the scouts, our graffiti workshops are all about teamwork, skills, and making the world a better place—one spray can at a time! 🎨

Pricing

Because every charity event is unique, our pricing is fully customised. Prices depend on your group size, the duration of the workshop, and the amount of materials needed to bring your vision to life. We pride ourselves on being accessible to local organisations in Nyeri, ensuring you get the most impact for your fundraising budget.
