Is the graffiti workshop safe for all charity participants?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective suits to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. Our professional artists lead a safety briefing before any paint is sprayed. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint and prefer outdoor or well-ventilated spaces in Paysandú to keep the air fresh and the vibe fun for all participants.

What equipment do we need to provide for the event?

We make it incredibly easy for you. Graffitifun provides everything required for a successful fundraiser: premium spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective gear, canvases or temporary wooden walls, and expert tuition. We can even help with the setup and cleanup. You just need to provide the location in Paysandú and the enthusiastic volunteers ready to create some art for a good cause!

Do participants need to have previous artistic skills?

Actually, 'no experience' is our favourite kind of experience! Our professional artists specialize in teaching absolute beginners. We start with basic lines and shapes before moving on to more complex techniques. By the end of the session, your charity supporters will be amazed at the professional-looking mural they’ve created together. It’s all about building confidence while raising money for your mission.

What is the maximum group size for a charity workshop?

We are very flexible! Whether you are a small local community group of 10 people or a large non-profit hosting a gala for 200, we can scale our workshop to fit. For larger groups, we bring in extra 'backup' artists to ensure everyone gets hands-on guidance. We never want anyone standing around; our goal is 100% engagement and maximum fun.

How does the art itself help with the fundraising?

The best part about graffiti is that the art itself becomes a valuable asset! Many charities in Paysandú choose to auction off the finished canvases or the mural panels at the end of the day. Others use the vibrant artwork to decorate their headquarters or community centres as a lasting reminder of the event. It’s a creative way to generate extra funds even after the workshop ends.

How long does a typical charity graffiti session last?

We usually recommend between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the completion of a large-scale collaborative piece. If you have a full-day community festival planned in Paysandú, we can also run 'drop-in' style sessions where people can contribute a small part to a massive collective mural throughout the day.

Do we have to pay for the workshop in advance?

We understand that charity budgets can be tight, so we’ve made our booking process stress-free. There is no upfront payment required to secure your date. You only pay after the workshop is successfully completed and you’re 100% happy with the result. This allows you to focus on your fundraising goals without any immediate financial pressure or risk to your organisation.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next altruistic project? It’s simple: it stands out from the crowd! Here’s why it works: 🔥

Unbeatable Engagement: It’s not a passive event; everyone gets their hands dirty (safely!) and actively creates.
Photogenic Moments: The vibrant colours and "live art" aspect are perfect for social media, helping your fundraiser go viral.
Inclusivity: Grandparents, kids, and office workers can all spray side-by-side. No artistic talent needed!
Tangible Results: You end up with a high-value piece of art that can be auctioned off or used to brighten up a community space.
Stress-Free Planning: With Graffitifun, we provide all materials and expert supervision. You just bring the people!
Risk-Free Booking: No upfront payment means no financial risk for your charity's treasure chest.

Whether you're in Paysandú, Montevideo, or Salto, we bring the vibe. Let's get creative! 🏆

Step by step

Consult and dream: Contact us to discuss your charity goals. We'll help you decide if you want a collaborative mural, individual canvases, or a live art show.
Pick your spot: Choose a location in Paysandú. Whether it's a park, a schoolyard, or a community centre, we'll help check if the site is suitable.
Creative concept: Our artists work with you to design a theme that reflects your charity’s mission and values.
Spread the word: Use the excitement of "live street art" to drive sign-ups and donations for your fundraiser.
The Big Day: Our team arrives early to set up the 'graffiti zone' with all the protective gear and paint.
Safety and Skills: We start with a quick safety demo and then teach your supporters the "cans-and-dont's" of spray art.
Make your mark: Under expert guidance, your group brings the mural to life, layer by layer, in an explosion of colour.
The Grand Reveal: Step back and admire the masterpiece! This is the perfect time for photos and final donation drives.
Auction or Display: Decide whether to auction the artwork for extra funds or display it proudly in the community.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Paysandú isn't just the 'Heroic City' of Uruguay; it's a place where community ties run deep and creativity is always brewing. From the historic charm of Plaza Constitución to the bustling riverfront along the Uruguay River, there is a local pride here that perfectly matches the bold spirit of graffiti. Street art is a growing movement in the region, turning grey walls into stories of local heroes and landscapes. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Paysandú is famous for the 'Chajá' dessert? Just like that iconic cake, our workshops are a sweet mix of different layers, textures, and a whole lot of local flavour!

By bringing a graffiti fundraiser to Paysandú, you’re tapping into this local energy. We can even incorporate regional motifs or colours into your charity mural, ensuring the artwork feels like a true piece of the community. Let's add some fresh colour to the streets of Mercedes, Artigas, and Salto too! ✨
