How long does a typical graffiti company outing last?

The duration depends on your choice of programme, but most company outings in Aveiro last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This provides ample time for an introduction to the history of street art, a crash course in spray can techniques, and the creation of your final team masterpiece. We can also provide shorter 'ice-breaker' sessions if you are on a tight schedule between meetings.

Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from those who haven't held a paintbrush since primary school to secret creative geniuses. Our professional artists guide you through every step, teaching you easy-to-follow techniques that ensure everyone produces something they are proud of. The focus is on teamwork, laughter, and trying something completely new in a supportive environment.

What should we wear, and do you provide protective gear?

Your safety and comfort are our priorities. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks to keep your clothes and lungs protected. While we do provide overalls, we always recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on—just in case! We handle all the setup and the messy cleanup afterwards.

Can the workshop take place at our office or a specific venue?

We are very flexible! We can host the workshop at one of our dedicated street art locations in Aveiro, or we can bring the entire setup to your office car park or a hired event space. If you prefer an indoor session, we use special water-based spray paints that are low-odour and safe for indoor use, or we can work on individual canvases.

Is it possible to incorporate our company branding or logo?

Absolutely! We can tailor the session so your team creates a large-scale mural that incorporates your corporate colours, logo, or company values. It’s a fantastic way to reinforce your brand identity while giving employees a sense of ownership over a shared creative project. These canvases can then be displayed in your office as a permanent reminder of the day.

What are the payment terms for a corporate booking?

We believe in flexibility and trust. Unlike many other event providers, we don't require an upfront payment to secure your date. You can book your workshop with confidence, and payment is only settled after the event has taken place and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This takes the stress out of the planning process for you.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate on the day?

The Portuguese weather is usually lovely, but we always have a Plan B. If we have planned an outdoor session and the forecast looks grey, we can often move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or transition to an indoor setup using our low-odour professional paints. With our backup artist policy, we ensure your event goes ahead regardless of minor hitches.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Aveiro is much more than its famous moliceiro boats and sweet ovos moles. The city has a growing relationship with urban art, blending its traditional tiled façades with modern murals found near the railway station and hidden within its winding alleys. There is a creative energy here that perfectly complements the "Graffitifun" spirit. Performing a workshop here means soaking in the maritime breeze while adding your own splash of colour to the local atmosphere. 🌊

Fun Fact: While Aveiro is famous for its canals, did you know it’s also home to some of the most intricate Portuguese 'Azulejo' tile work? We often see teams drawing inspiration from these ancient patterns and reinterpreting them with a modern graffiti twist! 🏆
