Do our leaders need prior art experience?

Absolutely not! Our leadership training is designed for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. The spray can is simply the medium we use to explore team dynamics and individual leadership styles. Our professional artists in Sillamae will guide you through the technical basics, ensuring you feel confident and capable before we dive into the leadership exercises. It’s all about the process and the lessons learned along the way.

How long does a typical session last?

Standard workshops in Sillamae usually run between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction, technical practice, and the collaborative 'masterpiece' phase where leadership skills are put to the test. We can adjust the duration to fit into a larger corporate retreat or a compact morning seminar. Because we value quality, we never rush the creative debrief at the end.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for professional teams?

Safety is our absolute priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 respiratory masks, protective overalls, and gloves to all participants. We typically host these sessions in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specialized indoor spaces in Sillamae that meet strict safety standards. Our spray paints are professional-grade but used under expert supervision to ensure a risk-free environment for your entire team.

What should our team wear to the workshop?

Working with paint can be messy, which is why we provide full-body protective suits. However, we still recommend that participants wear comfortable clothing and shoes that they wouldn't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on—just in case! It’s best to leave the formal suits and expensive heels at the office for this particular day of training.

Can you host the workshop at our office location?

Yes, we can! While we have fantastic locations in Sillamae, we are fully mobile. If you have a suitable outdoor space at your office or a rented venue with proper ventilation, we can bring the entire workshop to you. We handle all the setup and, most importantly, the cleanup, leaving your site exactly as we found it—except for the boosted team morale!

What happens to the artwork after the session?

The 'masterpiece' belongs to the team! Depending on the format, you can either take the individual canvases home or we can arrange for the large-scale collaborative work to be delivered to your office. It serves as a fantastic, colourful reminder of the leadership lessons and the unity achieved during your time in Sillamae. It's a great conversation starter for clients!

What is the maximum group size?

Our workshops are highly scalable. We can accommodate small executive teams of 5 or large departmental groups of up to 100+. For larger groups, we bring in additional artist-mentors to ensure everyone receives personal attention and the leadership exercises remain impactful. We maintain a high artist-to-participant ratio to guarantee a premium experience for every member of your team.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for leadership training in Sillamae? Because traditional training often fails to engage the "right brain"—the side responsible for innovation and empathy. Our sessions bridge that gap! ✨

Visualise goals: Literally paint your company's future on a massive scale.
Break hierarchies: The spray can is a great equaliser; see who emerges as a natural leader when everyone is a beginner.
Boost morale: There is nothing quite like the dopamine hit of creating something huge and colourful together.
Improve collaboration: Graffiti requires tight coordination—if one person over-sprays, the whole piece changes. It's real-time team management.
Safe to fail: Street art is about layering and fixing; it teaches leaders that mistakes are just part of the creative process. 🔥
Professional edge: Conducted by the Graffitifun team with years of experience across Europe.

Step by step

The briefing: We start with a high-energy intro, connecting the dots between urban art and modern leadership principles.
Technical masterclass: Our professional artists teach your team the basics: lines, fades, and fills. Everyone gets comfortable with the can.
Vision session: Leaders and teams brainstorm a concept that represents their collective goals or company values.
Role delegation: The team decides who handles which part of the mural, testing communication and trust under a creative 'deadline'.
The outline phase: Participants take turns leading the initial structure of the artwork, managing the 'big picture'.
Creative execution: The whole group works in harmony to fill the piece with colour and detail, navigating the chaos of a shared canvas.
The finishing touches: Refinement and 'cutting in'—the phase where attention to detail and collective support really shine.
Debrief & reflection: We review the artwork and discuss the leadership dynamics observed during the process.

Local culture

Sillamae, often called the "town of fresh breezes," provides a stunning and slightly surreal backdrop for creative expression. With its iconic neoclassical architecture (Stalinist Empire style) and the dramatic staircase leading down to the Baltic Sea, the city is a living museum. Bringing street art to this structured environment offers a powerful metaphor for 'thinking outside the box' within an established framework. 🌊

Fun Fact: For decades, Sillamae was a "closed city" due to its industrial importance. Today, it’s a hidden gem of Estonian culture, making it the perfect secret location to inspire a team that needs to discover new perspectives and break through barriers.
