Can you perform a live painting session indoors at a venue in Bari?

Absolutely! We can set up a live painting session almost anywhere in Bari, from beachfront hotels to historical indoor venues. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint and high-quality protective floor coverings to ensure the venue remains spotless. Our team handles the entire setup and pack-down, leaving you with nothing but a stunning piece of art and a very happy audience.

What size will the final artwork be?

We are incredibly flexible. Depending on your needs, we can create anything from a detailed 2x3 metre canvas to a massive temporary wall installation. If you are hosting a smaller corporate gathering in the city centre, we can adapt the scale to fit the room. Tell us your dimensions, and we will bring the right materials to make it work.

How long does it take for the artist to complete the piece?

Most live painting performances in Bari last between 2 and 4 hours, matching the peak energy of your event. However, we can also provide 'slow-burn' sessions that take place over an entire day or multiple days for festivals and large-scale brand activations. We tailor the pace of the artist's work to ensure the 'big reveal' happens exactly when you want it.

Can our guests participate in the painting process?

Yes, that is actually our speciality! While our artist creates the main masterpiece, we can set up a 'guest canvas' area where your attendees can grab a can and add their own touch under our professional supervision. This is a brilliant way to break the ice and get everyone involved in the creative process during your Bari event.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure the date?

No upfront payment is required when you book with Graffitifun. We believe in our service and the talent of our artists, so you only pay after the workshop or performance is completed. This gives you total peace of mind and ensures we are fully committed to making your Bari event a massive success from start to finish.

What happens if the artist is unable to make it?

Don't worry, we have a deep bench of professional artists. If the scheduled artist falls ill or has an emergency, we have backup artists ready to step in and deliver the same high-quality performance. Your event in Bari is safe with us; we have never cancelled a booking due to lack of staff. Responsibility and reliability are our core values.

The experience

Why choose a live painting performance for your next gathering in the capital of Puglia? It offers a level of engagement that traditional entertainment simply can't match. Here is why it works:

Instant atmosphere: The smell of the paint (don't worry, we use low-odour ones!) and the sound of the cans create an immediate "cool" factor.
Social media gold: Guests love filming time-lapses and taking selfies with the artist, giving your event instant online traction.
Custom branding: We can seamlessly integrate your company logo or event theme into the mural.
Unique souvenirs: The final canvas can be auctioned off for charity or hung in your office as a permanent memory of the night.
Versatility: Perfect for brand activations, company events, or even festivals.
Professional reliability: With our backup artist policy, you can rest assured that your entertainment will show up and deliver.

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your event date, location in Bari, and your creative vision.
Custom design concept: Our artists create a sketch or mood board based on your brand, theme, or specific event goals.
Logistics planning: We coordinate with your venue manager regarding ventilation, floor protection, and timing.
On-site setup: On the day, we arrive early to set up canvases, drop cloths, and our professional spray kit.
The performance: Our artist begins the work as guests arrive, drawing them in with dynamic movements and vibrant colours.
Guest interaction: If requested, we invite guests to add small details, making the artwork a collaborative memory.
The reveal: The final masterpiece is completed, providing a perfect backdrop for photos and social media sharing.
Drying and finishing: We apply a quick-dry finish and ensure the area is cleaned thoroughly before we depart.
Artwork handover: The canvas is yours to keep – a permanent reminder of a fantastic day in Bari.

Good to know

Our live painting services are designed to be completely hassle-free, allowing you to focus on your guests while we handle the creativity. Here is what you can expect:

Duration: Typically 2 to 4 hours, but we can scale up for full-day festivals.
Materials: We provide all professional spray cans (low-odour options available), canvases, and protective floor sheets.
Safety: Our artists are highly trained in safe spray techniques. For indoor events, we ensure proper ventilation and use non-toxic materials.
Requirements: All we need is a flat space and, if possible, access to a power point (though we can work without it if needed).
Outcome: You keep the final artwork! It serves as a fantastic piece of office decor or a unique souvenir for the event host.

Local culture

Bari is a city that beautifully balances its ancient soul with a modern, rebellious creative streak. While the historic alleys of Bari Vecchia tell stories of the past, the city's suburban walls and contemporary spaces are increasingly becoming canvases for world-class street art. We draw inspiration from this unique Puglian atmosphere—the sparkling Adriatic blue, the golden stone of the Basilica, and the vibrant local energy.

Bringing live painting to Bari isn't just about the art; it's about tapping into the 'Barese' spirit of innovation and community. From the edgy vibes of the Murat district to the sprawling event spaces near the Fiera del Levante, our artists know how to resonate with the local crowd. We don't just paint; we create a visual heartbeat that mirrors the city’s own transformation into a Mediterranean hub of modern culture.

Pricing

Every event in Bari is unique, and our pricing reflects the bespoke nature of our live art. We offer transparent, competitive rates with no hidden costs.
