Can the live painting happen indoors or at an office?

Absolutely! We frequently perform indoors across Barcelona's top event venues. We use low-odour, water-based spray paints and professional floor protection to ensure no fumes or mess bother your guests. For higher-traffic indoor areas, we can also use paint markers and airbrushing techniques to create the same high-impact visual style with zero overspray.

What kind of surface do you paint on?

We offer several choices. The most popular is a high-quality wooden panel or a stretched canvas, which you get to keep after the event. Alternatively, we can paint temporary cellophane walls (wrap) or even branded merchandise like tote bags or sneakers. Some Barcelona clients even have us paint permanent murals directly onto their office walls during launch parties!

What happens to the artwork once the event ends?

Once the spray paint is dry (which takes about 10-20 minutes in Barcelona's climate), the artwork is yours to keep. If we've painted on a canvas or panel, it’s ready to be displayed in your office or auctioned off. We can also arrange for professional transport of the finished piece to your preferred location if you can't take it home that night.

Can our guests participate in the painting?

While our artists are the masters of the spray can, we love getting the crowd involved. Depending on your preference, we can set up a "collaborative" element where your guests add small details or sign the piece. If you want a more hands-on experience, you might prefer our dedicated graffiti workshops for company events, where everyone gets their own space to create.

How far in advance should we book a performance?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially during the busy spring and autumn event seasons in Catalonia. However, because we have a large pool of professional artists and a solid backup system, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. If you have an event next week, drop us a line and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Do I need to pay a deposit or pay upfront?

We don't believe in charging you before the work is done. You can book your live painting session with total confidence, and payment only happens after the workshop or performance is completed. This ensures you are 100% happy with the artistic quality and the professional service we've provided for your Barcelona event.

The experience

In a city as visually stunning as Barcelona, standard event entertainment often falls flat. Live painting offers a dynamic, interactive alternative that engages guests on a completely different level. Here is why you should choose our live art for your next gathering:

Instant atmosphere: The sound and sight of a mural coming to life creates an immediate buzz and a central focal point for any venue.
Social media gold: Guests love filming the progress and taking 'gram-worthy' photos with the artist and the evolving artwork.
Brand synergy: We can seamlessly weave your company colours, logos, or slogans into the design for powerful brand activation.
Professional talent: Work with actual Barcelona-based street artists who have years of experience in both public murals and private events.
Zero stress: From floor protection to final cleanup, we handle every detail so you can focus on your guests.
A lasting memento: At the end of the night, you own a piece of custom Barcelona street art to hang in your office or studio.

Step by step

Initial consultation: You tell us about your event in Barcelona, the vibe you're going for, and any specific branding or themes you want the artist to incorporate.
Design concept: Our artist creates a preliminary sketch or mood board. We refine this with you until it perfectly matches your vision for the live show.
Setup and prep: On the day, we arrive early to set up the 'stage'—including drop cloths, Easels, lighting (if needed), and all the professional paint supplies.
The performance starts: As your guests arrive, the artist begins the outline. This creates an immediate 'wow' factor and draws a crowd as the blank surface transforms.
Dynamic layering: Throughout the event, the artist adds layers, colours, and details. Guests can walk by, chat with the artist, and take photos of the progress.
The grand reveal: Towards the end of your event, the final highlights are added. The finished masterpiece stands as a unique testament to the day's energy.
Clear up and handover: We pack up our gear, leaving the area spotless, and hand over the completed artwork to you to keep forever.

Good to know

Our Barcelona live painting sessions are designed to be hassle-free and high-impact. A typical performance lasts between 2 to 4 hours, perfectly timed to cover the main duration of your event. We provide all necessary materials, including premium spray paints (with low-odour options for indoor use), protective floor coverings, and the painting surface itself. Safety is our top priority; we ensure a clean workspace and use professional-grade protective gear. Whether you have 20 guests or 2,000, the performance is scaled to fit your space and audience size beautifully.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Barcelona is a global mecca for street art, from the legendary 'Three Chimneys' park in Poble-sec to the ever-evolving murals of Poblenou. The city’s creative pulse is undeniable, and our live painting services tap directly into that Mediterranean artistic energy. We don't just 'show up and paint'; we bring the authentic Barcelona street culture to your specific location. Whether your event is inspired by the modernist curves of Gaudí or the gritty industrial vibes of the city's warehouse districts, our artists translate that local atmosphere onto the canvas, ensuring your event feels deeply connected to the artistic heart of Catalonia.

Pricing

Every live painting performance is unique, with pricing adapted to the complexity of the artwork, the materials used, and the duration of the event. Generally, our projects for events in Barcelona range between €25 and €50 per person when calculated for interactive setups, though fixed-price performance fees are also available.

Because every venue from the Gothic Quarter to Montjuïc has different requirements, we recommend getting a tailored quote. No upfront payment is required—you only pay once the performance is successfully completed. Ready to make your event unforgettable? Request a custom quote today!
