Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our networking events in Echternach are specifically designed for beginners. Our professional graffiti artists will guide you through every step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering advanced shading techniques. You don't need any prior artistic talent to have a blast and create something impressive. It’s all about the experience, the laughs, and making new connections while trying something totally different. Every participant leaves with a sense of achievement and a unique piece of art.

What materials are included in the networking package?

We take care of everything! We provide high-quality spray paint in a huge range of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. Depending on your choice, we provide either large shared canvases or individual boards. We also bring all the necessary workspace protection to ensure the venue stays clean. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and perhaps some comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

Graffitifun is known for its flexibility. Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of over 100, we can scale the event to fit your needs. For larger groups, we provide additional artists to ensure everyone gets enough personal attention and 'spray time'. We can also organise the session in a relay format or as a massive collaborative mural project.

How long does a typical creative networking session last?

The standard graffiti networking session usually lasts between 90 minutes and 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, sketching, the core painting session, and a final 'gallery walk' to admire everyone's work. We can easily adjust the timing to fit into your existing event schedule or conference break. We find this timeframe is perfect for keeping the energy high without anyone getting tired.

Can you host the event at our specific office or venue?

Yes, we can! We have several partner locations in and around Echternach, including outdoor spots and well-ventilated indoor spaces. However, if you already have a venue booked—like a hotel garden or a private courtyard—we can often bring the workshop to you. We'll just need to check the local regulations and ensure there’s enough ventilation and space to set up our mobile graffiti walls safely.

What safety measures do you have in place during the event?

Safety is our top priority. We provide professional-grade FFP2 masks and nitrile gloves to all participants. Our paint is high-quality, and we always ensure we work in well-ventilated areas. Our artists are highly experienced in managing groups safely, ensuring a fun environment where everyone feels comfortable. We also provide protective clothing to keep your networking outfits clean, though we always recommend wearing something casual just in case!

How does graffiti help with professional networking?

Unlike traditional networking where people often stand around awkwardly, our graffiti event gives everyone a shared task. Using a spray can is a great conversation starter and levels the playing field—everyone is learning something new together. It breaks down professional hierarchies and encourages genuine interaction. People tend to talk more freely when they are active and creative, leading to much stronger professional bonds and more memorable conversations.

Hosting a networking event here means tapping into a town that respects tradition while embracing new ideas. From the narrow medieval streets to the lush greenery of the nearby Müllerthal, the atmosphere is perfectly suited for inspiring fresh perspectives. 🌲

Fun Fact: Did you know Echternach is the oldest city in Luxembourg? Bringing the modern art of graffiti to such a historic setting creates a fantastic "old meets new" vibe that participants absolutely love!

We love working in this region, often drawing inspiration from the local landscape and the town's architectural charm to help guide your group's creative output.
