Do I need to be an artist to enjoy this networking event?

Not at all! Our Pori networking events are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned doodlers. Our pro artists guide you through every spray and stroke. The goal is to break the ice and have a blast while making connections, so don't worry about your artistic skills—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to try something new. You'll be surprised at what you can create with a little guidance!

Is the graffiti workshop safe and clean for professionals?

We take safety seriously. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your professional attire clean. Our spray paints are selected for safety, and we always work in well-ventilated spaces or outdoors. Our experienced instructors will give a full safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free environment where you can focus on making great professional connections.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard creative networking session in Pori typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This provides the perfect balance of time: enough to learn the basics, collaborate on a large-scale piece, and still have plenty of time for organic conversation and structured networking. We can also customise the duration if you have a tighter schedule or want a more intensive deep-dive into street art techniques with your peers.

What is the cost for a networking event in Pori?

The price usually ranges from €30 to €65 per person. This variation depends on your group size, the specific location in Pori, and any extra customisation you might want, like branded canvases or specific catering. Because every networking event is unique, we recommend reaching out for a custom quote so we can give you an accurate price tailored to your specific goals and numbers.

Can you host the event at our own chosen venue in Pori?

Absolutely! While we love hosting events in the heart of Pori, we are fully mobile. If you have a specific venue, office courtyard, or private warehouse in mind, we can bring the entire graffiti setup to you. We'll just need to check the ventilation and space requirements beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. Flexibility is key to making your event as convenient as possible for your guests.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

For our networking events, we typically recommend a minimum group size of 10 people to ensure a vibrant, social atmosphere. However, we can accommodate very large groups of 100+ by bringing in multiple artists and setting up several 'creation stations.' This ensures everyone gets hands-on time and nobody is left standing on the sidelines. Let us know your expected numbers, and we will scale the experience to fit perfectly.

What happens if it rains or an artist is sick?

We’ve got you covered. We have backup artists ready to step in, so your event in Pori will never be cancelled due to staff illness. Regarding the Finnish weather, if we are planned for outdoors and Pori decides to be a bit rainy, we usually have indoor backup locations or sturdy marquees ready. We ensure the creative vibes keep flowing, rain or shine, so your networking plans stay firmly on track.

The experience

Standard networking can be awkward, but when you're holding a spray can, the barriers disappear! Here is why a graffiti-themed networking event in Pori is the smartest move for your next gathering:

Instant Icebreaker: Nothing gets people talking like learning a new, cool skill together. It's an automatic conversation starter! 🧊🔨
Memorable Branding: Your guests won't forget the time they painted a mural. It’s a high-impact experience that sticks in the mind way longer than a standard lunch. ✨
Ditch the Hierarchy: Graffiti is a great equaliser. Whether you're a CEO or an intern, everyone starts with a blank canvas and a can of paint. 🤝
Creative Unlocking: Engaging the creative side of the brain helps develop better problem-solving and collaboration skills back at the office. 💡
Customizable Vibe: We can theme the art around your industry, company values, or a specific Pori landmark to make it truly relevant. 🏢
Zero Pressure: It’s all about the process and having fun. The relaxed atmosphere encourages more natural, honest business relationships. 🎉

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your event date and estimated guest count in Pori. We’ll chat about your networking goals and any specific themes you want to incorporate.
Customised planning: Our team deigns a workshop flow that balances creative 'spray time' with dedicated networking gaps, ensuring your guests get the best of both worlds.
Venue selection: We help you pick the perfect Pori spot, whether it's an urban outdoor space or a cool industrial indoor hall, ensuring it has the right vibe for street art.
The warm-up: On the day, we start with a fun intro and a quick demo. This is the perfect icebreaker to get people laughing and talking right away.
Hands-on practice: Guests grab their cans and learn basic techniques like lines, fades, and fills on practice walls, guided by our professional street artists.
Collaborative masterpiece: The group works together on a large-scale mural or individual canvases that come together. This is where the real teamwork and professional bonding happen!
Gallery walk & talk: We wrap up by admiring the finished work. This provides a natural, low-pressure environment for final networking and exchanging business cards.
Clean-up: We handle all the messy bits, leaving you with great memories, new contacts, and perhaps even some custom art to take back to the office.

Local culture

Pori is a city that breathes culture, famously known for the soulful vibes of Pori Jazz and its stunning coastal landscapes like Yyteri. But beyond the jazz and the sand, there’s a growing appetite for urban expression in the Satakunta region. Hosting a networking event here means tapping into that unique "Pori Spirit"—bold, slightly edgy, and incredibly welcoming. The city's industrial heritage provides a fantastic aesthetic backdrop for graffiti art, where the old meets the new in a vibrant explosion of colour.

🎨 Fun Fact: Pori is home to some amazing legal graffiti walls where local artists showcase their talent year-round. It's a city that truly appreciates the evolution of public art!

By bringing your networking event to Pori, you're not just booking a meeting; you're immersing your guests in a city that celebrates creativity and unconventional thinking. It's the perfect atmosphere to inspire "outside the box" business conversations while exploring the local street art scene.
