Is the graffiti workshop safe for primary school children?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls for every student. Our professional artists are trained to supervise primary school children, ensuring that the spray cans are used correctly and that everyone stays within the designated painting zones. We use low-odour paints whenever possible to ensure a comfortable environment for the little artists.

How long does a typical school session last?

Most of our primary school workshops in Rosario last between 1.5 to 2 hours. This is the 'sweet spot' for maintaining high energy levels and focus without the kids getting overtired. We start with a quick safety brief and demo, followed by practice sessions, and finally the creation of their main masterpiece. We can adjust the timing to fit your specific school timetable if needed.

Do we need to have a wall at our school?

The choice is yours! We can bring large mobile wooden canvases to your school grounds in Rosario, or we can work on large plastic sheets if you want something temporary. If your school has a legal wall or a surface you’d like to permanently decorate with a mural, we can arrange that too! We make sure the setup is clean and leaves no mess behind on your floor.

Do the students need any prior drawing or art skills?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our artists are fantastic at breaking down complex street art techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps that a 7-year-old can master. We focus on 'controlled chaos'—letting them express themselves while teaching them basic nozzle control and colour blending. Every child will walk away feeling like a pro!

What should the children wear on the day?

We recommend wearing old clothes and sneakers, just in case! While we provide full protective overalls and gloves, graffiti can occasionally be a bit messy when kids are having this much fun. It’s best if they wear things you don’t mind getting a tiny speck of paint on. We provide all the professional gear, so you don't need to buy anything special.

What is the maximum group size for a school workshop?

We are very flexible! We can handle small groups of 10 or entire year groups of 60+ by bringing in extra professional artists from our backup pool. For larger primary schools in Rosario, we often rotate classes through the workshop area so that everyone gets a hands-on experience while maintaining a safe and manageable student-to-artist ratio.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your primary school? It’s more than just painting—it’s an educational adventure that hits all the right notes for KS1 and KS2 equivalent levels! ✨

Boosts Motor Skills: Using spray cans requires coordination and control, helping kids develop fine motor skills in a fun way. 🎨
Inclusivity: Street art doesn't care if you're the best at drawing; it’s an equaliser where every child can contribute to something massive. 👐
Creative Expression: It encourages kids to think big and bold, moving beyond the A4 paper and onto a huge canvas. 🚀
Team Building: Working on a shared mural teaches communication and the importance of every 'tag' in the bigger picture. 🤝
Zero Stress for Teachers: We handle everything from the safety briefing to the final sweep of the floor. You just bring the kids! 🏆

Step by step

Initial consultation: We chat about your school's goals, the number of pupils, and your preferred dates in Rosario.
Concept design: Our artists can help the kids brainstorm a theme, like 'friendship', 'nature', or 'the future'.
Setting the stage: On the day, we arrive early to set up protective flooring and our mobile graffiti walls.
Safety first: Every student gets geared up with masks, gloves, and overalls while learning the 'golden rules' of spray painting.
Technique demo: Our pro artists show off cool tricks, from making thin lines to creating funky 'fades'.
Practice run: The kids get a feel for the cans on a practice surface, gaining confidence with every spray.
The masterpiece: Pupils work together or individually to create a vibrant, colourful street art mural.
The big reveal: We finish with a group photo and a 'gallery walk' where students explain their creative choices.
Tidy up: We pack everything away, leaving your school grounds exactly as we found them (minus the cool new art!).

Local culture

Rosario is a city that breathes art, from the iconic murals near the Paraná River to the hidden gems in the Pichincha neighbourhood. It’s the perfect backdrop for a graffiti workshop because the kids are already surrounded by incredible urban inspiration! We love tapping into the local "Rosarino" pride—perhaps your students want to incorporate the blue and white of the flag or icons of the city into their mural. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Rosario is often called the "Cradle of the Flag"? It’s a city of 'firsts', making it the perfect place for your students to have their first real street art experience! 🔥

Pricing

Our workshop prices in Rosario are designed to be accessible for schools, with costs typically ranging from $15,000 to $35,000 ARS per person. This variety depends on the number of students, the duration of the project, and whether you want a permanent mural or a temporary workshop setup. 💸
