Do I need any prior art experience to participate?

Not at all! Our Nausori showroom experience is designed for everyone, from total beginners to seasoned creatives. Our professional artists will guide you through every step, starting with basic can control and moving up to more complex techniques. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you can create something impressive under our expert guidance. It’s all about having fun and expresssing yourself, regardless of your starting skill level.

Is the workshop safe and are masks provided?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality FFP3 masks, gloves, and protective overalls to keep your clothes clean. Our showroom is well-ventilated, and our artists are trained to ensure everyone uses the equipment correctly. We use professional-grade spray paint, but we always make sure the environment remains comfortable and safe for all participants throughout the creative process.

How long does the graffiti showroom experience last?

Standard showroom sessions usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of your final masterpiece. If you have specific time constraints or want a more intensive full-day masterclass, just let us know! We can easily tailor the duration of the experience to suit your group’s schedule or event requirements.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are very flexible! Our showroom can accommodate small, intimate groups or larger retail crowds. For private workshops, we generally suggest a minimum of 5 people, but we can host much larger groups for corporate events or brand activations. If you are planning a massive event in Nausori, reach out to us—we have plenty of backup artists to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can you organize this experience at my own location?

While we love the energy of our showroom, we are also fully mobile! If you have a specific retail space, car showroom, or event venue in Nausori (or even nearby in Suva or Nadi), our team can bring the entire graffiti setup to you. We handle all the floor and wall protection, so you get the full street art experience without any permanent mess at your location.

Do I have to pay for the workshop in advance?

No, you don't need to pay everything upfront. At Graffitifun, we believe in building trust with our clients. You can book your session and secure your date, and then handle the payment after the workshop is complete. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before the final transaction. It’s part of our commitment to a stress-free and fun booking process for you.

Can I take my artwork home after the session?

Definitely! One of the best parts of the showroom experience is that you get to take your artwork home. Whether you've painted on a high-quality canvas or a custom object, it serves as a fantastic souvenir of your time in Nausori. If you are doing a large-scale collaborative piece on a wall, we can provide high-resolution photos and digital copies for everyone to keep.

Step by step

Intro & inspiration: Start your journey with a warm welcome and a quick dive into the history of street art. We’ll show you some epic examples to get your creative juices flowing.
Gear up: Safety first! We’ll get you suited up in protective overalls, gloves, and high-quality masks so you can focus entirely on the art.
Master the tools: Learn the secrets of the spray can. Our artists will teach you about different 'caps' (nozzles) and how to control pressure for thin lines or wide flares.
Sketch your vision: Grab a marker or chalk and outline your design on the canvas or showroom wall. Don't worry, our pros are there to help you refine your sketch.
Fill it in: This is where the colour happens! Learn blending techniques, fades, and how to make your colours pop against the background.
Sharpen the edges: Use 'cutting' techniques to make your outlines crisp and professional. This step is what separates the amateurs from the pros!
Final highlights: Add those 'power lines' and highlights that give your graffiti depth and a 3D effect. The details make all the difference.
The big reveal: Step back and admire your work. We’ll take plenty of photos of you and your masterpiece for the 'gram!
Take it home: Once the paint is dry, your unique piece of Nausori street art is ready to be displayed in your home or office.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Nausori is a town known for its bustling market energy and its position as the gateway to Fiji’s interior. While the architecture here might feel traditional, there’s a growing appetite for modern, urban expression. Our showroom experiences blend this local "Rewa" spirit with the global language of street art. We often see participants incorporating local Fijian motifs, like masi patterns, into their graffiti pieces, creating a stunning fusion of culture and contemporary art. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know that the historic Nausori Bridge was once the longest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere? Just like that iconic bridge connects communities, our graffiti workshops connect people through shared creativity and a bit of spray-paint magic! 🌉🔥
