Is the graffiti workshop safe for people with respiratory sensitivities?

Absolutely! We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks to ensure everyone breathes easy. Our Ostrava artist-educators are trained to supervise the use of spray cans closely, ensuring that the paint stays on the wall or canvas and everyone remains clean and safe throughout the session. We also choose well-ventilated locations specifically suited for our groups.

What is the ideal group size for a special needs workshop?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you have a group of 5 or 50, we can make it work. For special needs programs in Ostrava, we often recommend smaller sub-groups to ensure each participant gets plenty of one-on-one attention from our professional artists. This allows us to tailor the pace to each individual's needs, ensuring no one feels rushed and everyone has a blast creating their masterpiece.

Do participants need any prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. We start with the basics—how to hold the can, how to control the pressure, and how to make simple shapes. Our Ostrava street artists are experts at breaking down complex mural techniques into easy, manageable steps. We focus on the joy of creation and the sensory experience rather than technical perfection, making it accessible for everyone.

What is your cancellation policy for these programs?

We understand that plans can change, especially with specialised groups. That's why we don't require upfront payments—you pay only after the workshop is completed. If you need to reschedule or adjust your booking in Ostrava, just let us know as soon as possible. We even have backup artists available to ensure your event goes ahead even if an emergency arises, providing you with total peace of mind.

How long does a typical session last?

Standard workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. However, for our special needs programs in Ostrava, we are happy to adjust the timing. We can include more frequent breaks or shorten the session if concentration levels vary. Our goal is to keep the energy high and the stress low, so we work at a rhythm that feels comfortable for your specific group members.

Can you host the workshop at our own facility?

Yes, we love bringing the art to you! If you have a suitable outdoor space or a well-ventilated indoor area at your facility in Ostrava or nearby cities like Brno or Olomouc, we can set up our mobile graffiti walls there. If not, don't worry—we have several fantastic partner locations across the city that are fully accessible and ready for some colour!

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us to discuss the specific needs and abilities of your group so we can tailor the Ostrava experience perfectly.
Design planning: Our artists create a simplified sketch or theme based on your preferences, ensuring it's achievable and fun for all.
Safety briefing: We start the day by getting everyone suited up in protective gear and explaining the 'rules of the road' in a friendly way.
Sensoray introduction: Participants get to feel the cans, hear the 'clack-clack' of the mixing ball, and try their first 'test sprays' on practice boards.
Colour selection: A highlight for many! Everyone chooses their favourite vibrant shades from our professional spray paint collection.
Guided creation: With hands-on help from our pros, the group begins filling in the mural, exploring different movements and textures.
Final flourishes: Our artists help add the sharp outlines and 'pop' effects that make the artwork look truly professional.
Photo session: We celebrate the achievement with a group photo in front of the finished masterpiece - a great memory of Ostrava creativity!
Easy cleanup: We handle all the site cleanup and disposal, leaving you with nothing but smiles and great memories.

Local culture

Ostrava is a city that wears its heart on its sleeve—and its art on its walls! Once known as the 'Steel Heart of the Republic', Ostrava has transformed its industrial heritage into a playground for culture and creativity. From the towering structures of Lower Vítkovice to the hidden street art gems in the city centre, there is inspiration around every corner.

The local street art scene here is growing fast, and we love being a part of it. Our workshops tap into this local energy, encouraging participants to feel like a real part of Ostrava's cultural evolution. Fun fact: Ostrava is home to some of the tallest street art murals in the Czech Republic, proving that here, we always aim high! 🎨
