Can you provide a workshop if our festival doesn't have a permanent wall?

Absolutely! While we love when festivals provide a dedicated wall, we are fully mobile. We can bring professional-grade wooden panels, mobile 'shrink-wrap' walls, or canvas setups that fit perfectly into your event layout. Our team handles the entire setup and strike, ensuring the site is left exactly as we found it, minus the boring empty space we've transformed into art!

What safety measures do you take during public events?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective suits for all participants. Our professional artists are trained to manage groups safely and ensure that the spray paint stays on the canvas and not on the guests! We also use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints specifically designed for better control and safety in public settings.

How long does a typical festival graffiti session last?

We recommend allowing 1.5 to 3 hours for a comprehensive festival workshop experience. This gives participants enough time to learn the basic techniques, practice their 'tag', and contribute to a larger mural or finish their own individual masterpiece. However, for large-scale festivals, we can also offer 'drop-in' style sessions that are much shorter and more fast-paced.

Can we book a live graffiti demo along with the workshop?

Yes! One of our most popular festival services is a live demonstration where our pro artists create a massive, themed mural while the crowds watch. This creates a fantastic focal point and photo opportunity. Many festivals choose a 'hybrid' model: we start with a live demo to draw a crowd, then open up sections for the public to join in.

Is there an age limit for festival participants?

Graffiti is surprisingly accessible! We have worked with everyone from toddlers (with help) to grandparents. For festival environments, we usually suggest our workshops for anyone aged 6 and up. It’s a fantastic way to bridge the generation gap at family-friendly events, as everyone loves the tactile nature of spraying paint and seeing immediate, vibrant results.

Do we need to pay for the festival workshop upfront?

No way! We believe in transparency and the quality of our service. You can book your Oulu festival entertainment today and only pay after the workshop is completed. This gives you peace of mind and one less invoice to worry about during the hectic lead-up to your big event. We want the process to be as stress-free as possible for organisers.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your Oulu festival? Because watching someone else perform is great, but creating something yourself is better. It’s the perfect way to engage a diverse crowd and leave a lasting visual impact. 🚀

Total engagement: Your guests aren't just spectators; they become the artists, creating a deep connection with your event.
Insta-worthy moments: Graffiti is naturally photogenic. Watch your festival's social media reach explode as guests share their colourful creations. 📸
Stress-free booking: With our "no-show" backup artists and "pay-later" policy, you can focus on the rest of your festival logistics.
Eco-friendly options: We use professional tools and can provide water-based paints for indoor sessions or sensitive environments.
Professional vibes: Our artists are not just talented; they are charismatic entertainers who know how to pump up a crowd! 🎤
Unique takeaway: Guests can create their own canvases to take home, or contribute to a community mural that lives on after the festival.

Local culture

Oulu has always had a unique edge – it’s a city where high-tech innovation meets a rugged, creative spirit. From the legendary Air Guitar World Championships to the bustling events at Rotuaari, Oulu knows how to celebrate.
