Step by step

  1. The safety huddle: We start with a quick brief on how to use the gear and keep everyone safe and clean.
  2. Concept sketching: Grab a marker and jot down your ideas on paper first to visualise your masterpiece.
  3. Can control 101: Learn the 'distance rule' and how to manipulate the nozzle for thin lines or fat fills.
  4. Outline magic: Head to the wall or canvas and sketch your basic shapes using light 'ghost' lines.
  5. The big fill: This is where the colour happens! Learn how to blend gradients and create smooth solid blocks.
  6. Cutting in: Use contrasting colours to sharpen your edges and make your graffiti 'pop' off the surface.
  7. The highlight: Add those final white or bright strokes that give your art dimension and shine.
  8. Group gallery: Take a step back with the crew to admire the collective mural and snap some epic photos.

Local culture

Street art in Maardu

Maardu is a city defined by its industrial strength and its surprisingly green soul, making it the perfect backdrop for raw, authentic street art. As we move through the local areas, you'll see how contrast plays a huge role in the city's aesthetic—from the sturdy architecture to the creative sparks appearing in community spaces. Our workshops often take place in spots where the urban environment meets the local community, fostering a sense of pride and ownership through art.

Fun fact: Did you know Maardu hosts one of the most famous Sorochinsky Fairs in the region? This spirit of gathering and celebration makes it the ideal place for collaborative public art projects that bring people together through colour! 🚀

Pricing

Our Maardu workshops are designed to be accessible and fun for everyone. Pricing typically ranges from €20 to €40 per person, depending on your group size, the duration of the session, and whether we are working on a communal wall or individual canvases.

Because every event is unique, we love to tailor our packages to fit your specific needs and budget. We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay once the workshop is complete and everyone is happy! ✨
