Why choose us in Brno?

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your after-school programme in Brno? It’s more than just painting; it’s a way to foster community and individual talent. Here are the top reasons to get involved:

Boosts confidence: Seeing a large-scale project come to life gives students a massive sense of achievement.
Safe environment: We provide a legal, controlled space for kids to explore urban art without the risks.
Team building: Collaborative murals require communication and cooperation among classmates.
Professional mentors: Our artists are not just talented; they are great at inspiring and guiding young minds.
Stress relief: The physical aspect of spray painting is a fantastic way for students to unwind after a day of exams.
Zero risk: With our "pay after the event" policy and backup artist guarantee, your workshop is in safe hands.

How it works

Intro and safety briefing: We kick things off with a warm welcome and a quick safety talk. Every student gets fitted with their protective gear, including masks and gloves.
Learning the history: Our artists share a brief, engaging history of street art culture, explaining the difference between tagging and masterpieces.
Sketching the vision: Before touching a spray can, the kids grab paper and pencils to plan their designs, learning about letter structures and colour schemes.
Can control basics: We move to the wall where students practice basic lines, dots, and fades to get a feel for the spray pressure.
Outlining the piece: With the help of our pros, the children begin to outline their main designs on the wall or canvas.
Filling with colour: This is the fun part! The kids choose their favourite shades and learn how to fill in their sketches smoothly and evenly.
Adding shadows and highlights: To make the art pop, we teach them how to add 3D effects and bright highlights for that professional "finished" look.
The final outline: We sharpen the edges with a final clean outline, making the artwork stand out against the background.
Group photo and cleanup: We celebrate the hard work with a group photoshoot in front of the mural, then tidy up the area.

Frequently asked questions

Is the graffiti workshop safe for children?

Absolutely! At Graffitifun, safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality FFP2 masks, gloves, and protective suits. Our workshops in Brno are led by experienced professionals who supervise the kids at all times, ensuring they use the spray cans correctly. We also use low-pressure cans that are easier and safer for younger hands to control.

How long does an after-school session last?

The sessions typically last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. This gives the kids enough time to learn the basic techniques, sketch their ideas, and then bring their vibrant masterpieces to life on the wall. We find this duration is perfect for keeping energy levels high and focus sharp without the students getting too tired or overwhelmed.

Do the children need previous art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our artists start with the basics—how to hold a can, how to control the pressure, and how to create simple shapes. Whether they are natural-born artists or have never picked up a sketchpad, every child in Brno will leave the session feeling proud of what they have created.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything needed for a successful street art experience. This includes a wide variety of colourful spray cans, caps for different line widths, sketching materials, masks, gloves, and coveralls. All you need to bring is some old comfortable clothing and plenty of creative energy! We handle the setup and the cleanup so you don't have to worry about a thing.

Where in Brno do the workshops take place?

Brno provides several excellent legal graffiti zones, such as the famous spots near the train tracks or dedicated park walls. We select the best location based on your specific group size and the time of year. If your school has a suitable wall and permission, we can even bring the workshop directly to your campus for maximum convenience.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. That is why we offer a flexible booking system with no upfront payment required. You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied. If you need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, just let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
