How it works

Meet your artist: Your session kicks off with a warm welcome from one of Penang's top street artists who will share some pro tips and urban art history.
Design and concept: Use our digital Tag Creator or good old-fashioned paper to sketch out your initial ideas and colour schemes.
Suit up: Get into your protective gear. We provide professional coveralls, gloves, and masks to keep your party outfits fresh.
Master the can: Learn essential spray painting techniques, including how to control line thickness, create gradients, and manage pressure.
Outline your piece: Transfer your design onto the canvas or wall with a light 'sketch' layer of paint.
Fill with colour: This is where the magic happens! Use our wide range of premium sprays to bring your piece to life with vibrant fills.
Adding the details: Learn how to add highlights, shadows, and sharp outlines to make your graffiti 'pop' off the surface.
The final reveal: Step back and admire your group's hard work. It’s the perfect time for a photoshoot with your finished masterpiece!

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous art experience to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely not! Our Penang indoor workshops are designed for everyone, from total beginners to seasoned creatives. Our professional artists will guide you through every step, from basic spray can control to advanced layering techniques. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you can create something that looks professional and stylish. It’s all about having a blast and trying something new in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Is the indoor workshop messy or unsafe?

Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We provide high-quality protective gear, including overalls, gloves, and professional masks. Our indoor setups are designed with adequate ventilation and floor/wall protection. We use premium spray paint that is safe to use in a controlled environment. However, we always recommend wearing comfortable old clothes and shoes—just in case you get a little too enthusiastic with the spray cans!

How long does the graffiti experience usually last?

A standard indoor party workshop in Penang typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives your group enough time to learn the foundations, practice your tags on paper or digital tools, and then complete a full-scale masterpiece on your chosen canvas. We can adjust the duration to fit your event schedule, ensuring the pace is perfect for your group's energy levels.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are super flexible! Our indoor party packages are great for intimate groups of 10 or large-scale celebrations of 100 or more. Because we have a large team of backup artists in Malaysia, we can scale the number of instructors to ensure everyone gets personal attention and guidance. Large groups often work on collaborative murals, which is a fantastic way to bond.

What materials are included in the price?

We provide absolutely everything! This includes premium spray cans in a huge variety of vibrant colours, protective clothing (suits, masks, gloves), canvases or boards to paint on, and professional artist guidance. We even have interactive tools like our Tag Creator and Workshop Quiz to help you prepare. All you need to bring is your crew and some creative energy!

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is easy and involves no financial risk. Simply fill out our contact form to request a quote based on your group size. We don't require upfront payments—you only pay after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied with the experience. If your plans change, our flexible booking policy and backup artist network mean we’ve always got you covered.

Why choose an indoor workshop instead of painting outside?

Penang is a street art mecca, and while we love the outdoor murals in George Town, an indoor party offers a climate-controlled, private environment. You don't have to worry about the tropical heat or sudden rain showers. Plus, an indoor setting allows for better music, catering options, and a more exclusive 'VIP' vibe for your celebration or party. It takes the street art experience and makes it a premium event.
