  • 🔥 Dynamic atmosphere: Watch the energy change as a blank space turns into a vibrant explosion of colour.

  • 🎁 A lasting souvenir: You keep the finished canvas! It’s the perfect décor for your office or a unique gift for a VIP.
  • 👔 Professional & clean: We’re pros. We ensure zero mess and a respectful presence at your event.
  • ⭐ Fully customisable: We incorporate your logos, brand colours, or specific themes seamlessly into the artwork.

How it works

  1. Initial consultation: Reach out and tell us about your Cluj event. We'll discuss your theme, venue requirements, and the vibe you're going for.
  2. Concept design: Our artist creates a rough sketch or mood board. Whether it's your company logo or a Transylvanian landscape, we ensure the vision aligns with your goals.
  3. Venue coordination: We check in with your venue in Cluj-Napoca to handle logistics like ventilation, flooring protection, and setup times.
  4. Artists arrival: On the big day, we arrive 60-90 minutes early to prep the 'workspace' and get the canvas ready for the first drop of paint.
  5. The performance: As the music starts and guests arrive, the artist begins. Watch the piece evolve from a blank sheet to a vibrant work of art in real-time.
  6. Engagement & interaction: Guests can chat with the artist, take time-lapse videos, and see the creative process up close and personal.
  7. The final reveal: The artist adds the finishing touches and highlights, usually timed with the climax of your event.
  8. Handover & cleanup: We pack up our gear, leave the area spotless, and hand over the masterpiece to you!

Frequently asked questions

Is live painting safe for indoor venues in Cluj-Napoca?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, low-odour spray paints and specialised markers for indoor venues in Cluj-Napoca. We also provide heavy-duty floor and wall protection to ensure the only thing getting painted is the canvas. Our artists are professionals who keep the workspace tidy, so you can enjoy the creative energy without worrying about the venue's deposit.

How far in advance should I book a live painting session?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the busy 'Untold' season or summer wedding months. Ideally, get in touch 4-8 weeks in advance. However, thanks to our large network of backup artists across Romania, we can often accommodate last-minute requests within 7-10 days if a slot is available.

How long does a typical live painting performance take?

Most live painting performances last between 2 and 4 hours, matching the peak energy of your event. We can adjust the pace to suit your schedule—whether you want a fast-paced 'speed paint' or a detailed masterpiece that evolves throughout the entire evening. We'll arrive early to set up and stay to ensure the finish is perfect.

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

The best part is that you get to keep the artwork! After the event, the canvas is yours to display in your office, home, or to auction off for charity. It serves as a lasting memory of the day. If the paint is still wet, we can arrange for it to be safely transported to you once it's dry.

Can guests interact with the artist during the process?

Definitely! That is what makes live painting so engaging. While our artist handles the technical execution, guests are encouraged to ask questions, take photos, and even suggest small details. For brand activations, we can design the piece so that guests can safely add a 'tag' or a small stroke of colour under the artist's guidance.

What do I need to provide for the artist?

We take care of almost everything! Our team brings the canvas, drop cloths, spray cans, markers, and protective gear. All we usually need from you is a dedicated space (roughly 3x3 metres), decent lighting, and a flat surface or wall to lean the canvas against. We'll handle the setup and the cleanup!
