How it works

Initial consultation: We chat about your event vibes, the venue in Montevideo, and what kind of message or style you want to showcase.
Design concept: Our artist drafts a rough sketch or mood board. You get to see the direction before a single drop of paint hits the surface.
Site prep: On the day, we arrive early to set up floor protection, lighting, and our professional canvases or mobile walls.
The performance begins: As your guests arrive, the artist starts the first layers. The sound of the cans and the emerging colours create an instant buzz.
Guest engagement: Our artists are friendly! They’ll chat with your guests, explain the techniques, and maybe even let a few people try a stroke or two.
The final reveal: Towards the end of your event, the masterpiece is finished. It’s the perfect backdrop for photos and social media posts.
Tidy up: We pack up everything, ensuring the space is as clean as we found it, leaving only the beautiful artwork behind.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book live painting in Montevideo?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend events in Montevideo. Ideally, 4–8 weeks in advance helps us secure your preferred artist and handle logistics. However, we have a large team of local artists and backup professionals ready to step in, so we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Just drop us a message and we will do our best to make it happen!

Is it safe to have live spray painting indoors?

Safety is our priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints and can provide ventilation solutions if needed. For indoor events, we often recommend water-based acrylic markers or eco-friendly paints that produce zero fumes but still offer that vibrant 'wow' factor. We’ll discuss the venue specifics with you beforehand to ensure everything is perfectly safe for your guests.

What kind of surfaces can you paint on?

The beauty of live painting is its flexibility! Our artists typically work on large canvases, wooden partitions, or even temporary 'cellograff' (industrial cling film) walls that leave no trace behind. If you want something permanent, we can paint directly onto your office walls or a designated mural spot. We bring all the protective floor coverings and screens to keep the venue spotless.

How long does a live painting session last?

A standard live painting performance usually lasts between 2 and 4 hours, aligning with the peak of your event. However, we can adapt to your schedule—whether it’s a quick 1-hour high-energy blast or an all-day mural creation for a multi-day festival. We work around your itinerary to ensure the big 'reveal' happens at the perfect moment.

Can the artist include our company logo or a specific theme?

Absolutely! This is one of our most popular options for brand activations and corporate events in Uruguay. We can integrate your logo, brand colours, or specific slogans into the artwork. It’s a fantastic way to make your brand feel organic, creative, and modern. Our artists are experts at balancing their personal style with your corporate identity.

Do I need to pay a deposit upfront?

No upfront payment is required! We believe in the quality of our work and the fun of the experience, so you only pay after the workshop or performance is complete. This takes the stress out of the booking process. We accept various payment methods and will provide a clear invoice once the colourful magic has been delivered.

Can my guests join in and paint as well?

While the artist does the heavy lifting, we love getting the crowd involved! We can set up a 'community wall' section where guests can add their own tags or small details under the guidance of our pros. It’s a brilliant icebreaker and makes every guest feel like they are part of the creative process. Let us know if you want an interactive element!
