Why choose a graffiti workshop for your primary school in Maracaibo? It’s more than just painting on walls—it’s a powerful educational tool that gets kids excited about learning!

Boosts Confidence: Seeing a massive piece of art they helped create gives pupils a huge sense of achievement. 🏆
Encourages Teamwork: Our group murals require communication and collaboration to look great.
Fine Motor Skills: Controlling a spray can is a fantastic (and fun!) way to develop hand-eye coordination.
Creative Freedom: There are no "mistakes" in graffiti, only "happy accidents" that lead to new styles. ✨
Inclusivity: Street art appeals to all learning styles, even kids who usually struggle in a traditional classroom setting.
Safety Guaranteed: We use professional-grade protective gear and kid-friendly techniques. 💪

How it works

Intro and safety: We start with a high-energy kick-off, introducing the tools and putting on our protective gear. Safety first, fun second!
The tag creator: Pupils learn the history of 'tags' and use our techniques to design their own unique artist signature.
Can control basics: Our pros demonstrate how to hold the spray can, adjust nozzle pressure, and create different line widths.
Practice run: The children get a chance to practice their new skills on 'test walls' to get a feel for the paint flow and distance.
Concept sketching: We brainstorm a theme for the day—perhaps something related to Maracaibo's culture or a school value—and sketch it out.
Filling and fading: The kids learn how to fill in large areas with colour and create those cool 'fade' effects that make graffiti pop.
Outline and detail: This is where the magic happens! We add sharp outlines and highlights to make the artwork look professional.
The grand reveal: We take a step back to admire the finished mural, take group photos, and celebrate the class's hard work!

Frequently asked questions

Is the spray paint safe for primary school children?

Safety is our top priority! We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits for every pupil. Our spray paints are water-based or low-solvent where possible, and we always conduct primary school sessions in well-ventilated outdoor areas. Our professional artists are experienced in supervising young children, ensuring that everyone follows the safety rules while having a blast. It’s all the fun of street art with none of the risks!

Do the kids need any previous art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. We start with the basics—how to hold the can, how to control the pressure, and how to draw simple lines. Our artists guide the children every step of the way. By the end of the session, even the kids who think they 'can't draw' will have created a vibrant piece of art they can be proud of. It’s all about building confidence!

What should the pupils wear on the day?

We recommend that children wear old clothes and sneakers that you don't mind getting a little messy. Even though we provide full protective suits and gloves, graffiti can be a bit unpredictable, and a stray splash of paint is always possible! In the sunny Maracaibo climate, lightweight clothing underneath the suits is best to keep the kids comfortable while they work on their masterpieces.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

A standard primary school workshop usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. This gives us enough time for a safety briefing, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the creation of a final group mural. We find this duration perfectly matches the attention spans of younger children, keeping the energy high and the excitement flowing from start to finish without anyone getting overtied.

Can the children work together on a large mural?

Absolutely! One of the best parts of our primary school workshops is the collaborative mural. While kids can practice on individual boards or canvases, we usually culminate in a large-scale project where the whole class works together. This teaches teamwork, communication, and how individual contributions come together to create something massive and beautiful. It's a fantastic bonding exercise for any Maracaibo classroom!

Where in Maracaibo do the workshops take place?

We are very flexible! We can bring mobile partitions and canvases to your school playground in Maracaibo, or we can arrange a session at an inspiring local outdoor spot. As long as we have a well-ventilated area and permission to be there, we can make the magic happen. Most schools prefer us to come to them to save on transport logistics for the students.

What happens if the artist is unable to make it?

We understand that school schedules can be tight, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction focus and have backup artists ready to go. Unlike individual freelancers, we have a team of pros, so if someone falls ill, we've got it covered. You won’t have to worry about last-minute cancellations ruining the kids' big day. We’re reliable, professional, and committed to making your event a success.
