How it works

Introduction & Safety: Meet your pro artist and get a quick briefing on how to use the equipment safely.
The Basics: Learn 'can control'—how to hold the spray can, adjust pressure, and swap nozzles for different effects.
Sketching Your Idea: Grab a marker or a light paint colour and sketch your design onto the wall or canvas.
Filling Techniques: Master the art of 'filling in' your shapes smoothly without drips (unless you want them!).
Outlining & Detail: This is where the magic happens! Use high-contrast colours to make your graffiti 'pop' off the surface.
Highlights & Shadows: Learn the professional tricks of adding 3D effects and 'shines' to give your work depth.
Final Flourish: Add personal tags, backgrounds, and finishing touches to your collective masterpiece.
Photo Op: Strike a pose with your creation—perfect for the uni's social media pages!

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from those who can't draw a stick figure to seasoned art students. Our professional artists guide you through every step, starting with basic lines and shapes before moving on to filling and outlining. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at what you can create with a spray can. It's all about the experience and having a blast with your fellow students.

What about safety and protective gear?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paints and always conduct our workshops in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially designated zones. Our instructors are experienced professionals who provide clear safety briefings before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free and fun environment for all participants.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

The standard university workshop lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a final masterpiece. However, we are flexible! If you are planning a larger campus event or a shorter 'taster' session for a student society, we can adapt the timing to fit your specific schedule. Just let us know what works best for your group.

What materials do you provide?

We take care of everything! We bring the spray paint in a huge variety of colours, protective equipment, caps (nozzles), and the surfaces to paint on (usually large plastic film 'walls' or canvases). We even bring music to keep the vibes high. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm, a spirit of collaboration, and maybe some clothes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We've got the rest covered.

Where in Koper do the workshops take place?

We can host the workshop at various locations around Koper. We often set up on university grounds (with permission), local parks, or near the waterfront. If you have a specific campus location in mind, we can usually make it work as long as it's outdoors or very well-ventilated. If you're stuck for a spot, we have several preferred 'street-legal' locations around the city that provide the perfect urban backdrop.

Are there any digital tools we can use before the workshop?

Yes, we do! Our 'Street Art Quiz' is a great way to see what style of workshop fits your group best, and our 'Tag Creator' allows students to experiment with digital graffiti styles before the event. We also have a 'Cost Calculator' on our site so your student union or society treasurer can get a quick estimate of the investment required for your event. We believe in making the planning process as interactive as the workshop.

How does the booking and payment process work?

Booking is easy and stress-free. You can reach out via our contact form to check availability for your preferred date. The best part? There is no upfront payment required. You only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed and everyone is happy with their experience. If anything changes, we have backup artists ready to go, so your event is never at risk of being cancelled last minute.
