Why choose us in Debrecen?

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your team in Debrecen? Because nothing breaks down barriers like a spray can in your hand and a blank wall in front of you. It’s the ultimate equaliser! 💪

  • Boosts Creative Thinking: Step out of the spreadsheet and into a world of colour. It forces your team to think outside the box (literally). 💡
  • Strengthens Communication: You can't paint a giant mural alone. Success requires constant talking, planning, and synchronisation.
  • Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the hiss of a spray can. It’s the perfect way to vent office pressure! 🌬️
  • Memorable Outcomes: Unlike a standard seminar, you’ll have photos of a giant, vibrant masterpiece that your team built from scratch.
  • Inclusive for Everyone: You don't need to be an athlete or an artist. Our workshops are designed so everyone can contribute, regardless of skill level. 🏆

How it works

  1. Intro & Inspiration: Your team meets our pro graffiti artists at a cool Debrecen location. We start with a brief history of street art and a safety demo.
  2. Concept Sketching: Grab a marker and paper! Teams brainstorm ideas that represent their company values or goals, sketching out a rough plan for the wall.
  3. Spray Can Basics: Before hitting the big wall, everyone learns 'can control'—practising lines, dots, and fades on practice boards.
  4. Outline Phase: The bravest team members start sketching the main design onto the wall using light-coloured spray paint.
  5. Filling & Colouring: This is where the energy peaks! The whole team works together to fill in the piece with vibrant colours and gradients.
  6. The 'Prestige' Outlining: Our artists help you add those sharp black outlines and 'highlights' that make the graffiti pop and look professional.
  7. Background Deatiling: Add 'bubbles', 'stars', or 'drips' to the background to give the collective artwork a finished, urban look.
  8. The Grand Reveal & Photos: We step back to admire the masterpiece. It's the perfect time for team photos and a debrief on the collaborative process.
  9. Clean Up & Wrap Up: We handle all the rubbish and materials. You head back to the office with a refreshed mindset and a stronger bond!

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Debrecen team development workshops are designed specifically for beginners. Our professional street artists will guide your group through the basics, from holding the spray can to advanced layering techniques. We believe everyone has a 'tag' inside them waiting to be released. By the end of the session, even the least 'artistic' person in your office will be amazed at what they've created on the wall.

Is the spray paint safe and do we get protective gear?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 masks, protective overalls, and gloves to every participant. We typically host our sessions in well-ventilated outdoor areas or dedicated street art zones in Debrecen. Our spray paints are professional-grade but we ensure everyone follows strict safety protocols to keep the experience clean, safe, and enjoyable for all team members.

How long does a typical graffiti workshop last?

A standard team development workshop in Debrecen usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, sketching phase, practice session, and the final creation of your team masterpiece. If you have specific time constraints for your corporate away-day, we can customise the duration to fit your schedule perfectly without losing the creative impact.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are extremely flexible! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large department of 100+ employees from one of Debrecen’s industrial hubs, we can accommodate you. For larger groups, we bring in additional professional artists and set up multiple 'graffiti stations' to ensure everyone gets plenty of hands-on time with the spray cans and personal coaching.

Can you come to our office location in Debrecen?

Usually, we host workshops at inspiring outdoor locations or designated legal walls in Debrecen to give you an authentic street art experience. However, if you have a private outdoor space at your office or a specific venue in mind, we can bring the workshop to you! We use mobile graffiti walls that can be set up almost anywhere, provided there is enough ventilation.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

In the event of típica Great Plain rain, we have several options. We can move the workshop to a covered outdoor area, use an indoor venue with specific low-odour paints and extra ventilation, or reschedule to a better date. We also have backup artists available to ensure your event never gets cancelled due to staff illness. We make sure your team building goes ahead smoothly!

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is simple and risk-free. You can request a quote via our website or use our Cost Calculator for an instant estimate. Once we agree on the details, your date is locked in. The best part? There is no upfront payment required. You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. Ready to transform your team?
