Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! In fact, most teams we host in Tallinn have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, from how to hold the can to mastering pressure control. We focus on 'creative team development', meaning the goal is collaboration and fun, not professional perfection. You'll be amazed at the masterpiece your team produces by the end of the session!

What safety gear is provided during the workshop?

We take safety seriously. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional-grade respiratory masks for every participant. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas or outdoor spots in Tallinn. The spray paints we use are professional standard, and our instructors provide a full safety briefing before anyone starts spraying. Your team's well-being is our number one priority while you get creative.

How long does a typical graffiti workshop last?

A standard team development session in Tallinn typically lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, sketching time, practice sessions on the 'try-out' wall, and the final collaborative mural creation. We can often adjust the duration to fit your corporate schedule—just let us know if you have a specific time slot in mind for your away day.

Where in Tallinn do the workshops take place?

While we love the raw energy of Tallinn's street art spots, we have several options. We can host the event at designated legal graffiti walls, or we can bring the experience to your office or a chosen venue using large plastic-wrapped mobile walls or individual canvases. If you prefer an indoor setup, we ensure extra ventilation and protective floor covering to keep the space pristine!

Can we customise the graffiti theme to match our company branding?

Yes! One of the best parts of our Tallinn workshops is that you can choose a theme that aligns with your company values, a new product launch, or your brand identity. Many teams choose to incorporate their company logo or a specific motivational word into the final mural. Our artists will help guide the design so the final result looks professional and cohesive.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?

Tallinn weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered. If you’ve booked an outdoor session and rain is forecast, we can often move the event to a covered outdoor location or switch to an indoor venue using canvases. Because we have a large team and flexible setups, we always strive to find a solution that keeps the creative energy flowing regardless of the clouds.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

We are very flexible with group sizes! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large department of 100+, we can accommodate you. For larger groups in Tallinn, we simply bring in more professional artists to ensure everyone gets enough individual attention and spray time. The collaborative nature of graffiti actually works even better with larger groups!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team development session in Tallinn? Simple: it’s the ultimate equaliser. In front of a blank wall, job titles disappear and pure collaboration takes over. Here’s why it works:

Break the mould: Get out of the typical office environment and into a space that encourages "out of the box" thinking. 🧠
Visualise your values: Turn abstract company goals into a tangible, colourful piece of art that you can actually see and touch.
Boost communication: Creating a mural requires constant negotiation, planning, and shared execution—skills that translate directly back to the workplace.
Unleash hidden talent: You'd be surprised who in accounts has a secret flair for stencil art or who in HR is a master of the spray fade! 🏆
Stress relief: There’s something incredibly therapeutic about the hiss of a spray can and the freedom of large-scale painting. 🔥
Zero risk, high reward: With our 'pay after the workshop' policy and backup artists always ready, your event is guaranteed to be a hit.

Step by step

Intro & inspiration: Meet your pro artist guide who'll kick things off with a brief history of Tallinn’s street art scene and a demo of basic techniques.
Safety first: Get geared up! Everyone receives protective suits, gloves, and masks to ensure a clean and safe creative environment.
Sketching the vision: Your team works together on paper first, brainstorming concepts and layouts that represent your group's identity or goals.
Mastering the can: Head to the wall for a practice session. You’ll learn how to control lines, fades, and dots on a 'test' area before the main event.
The outline: Under the guidance of our artists, the team begins to scale up the sketch onto the wall, creating the skeleton of your masterpiece.
Filling & fading: The fun part! Your team collaborates to fill in the colours, experimenting with gradients and different spray caps for cool effects.
The 'cut-back': Learn the pro trick of sharpening edges with background colours to make your graffiti 'pop' and look incredibly professional.
The final reveal: Step back and admire the collective work. This is the perfect moment for a team photo in front of your finished mural.
Reflection & tidy up: A quick debrief on the collaborative process followed by a hassle-free cleanup by our team.
