Do I need to have any artistic skills to participate?

Absolutely not! Our anti-vandalism program in Talca is designed for everyone, from those who can't draw a stick figure to seasoned creatives. Our professional artists guide you through every single step, from holding the can correctly to mastering complex shading. We focus on the joy of creation and the 'vibe' of the workshop. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the masterpiece you've helped create on our legal walls.

Is this workshop legal? Are we painting on public buildings?

Safety and legality are our top priorities. We only paint on authorised, legal graffiti walls or mobile canvases provided specifically for the workshop. Part of our curriculum involves teaching the difference between destructive vandalism and constructive street art. We want to show Talca's youth and residents that there is a massive difference between tagging someone's property and creating a beautiful piece of public art with permission and purpose.

What materials are included in the anti-vandalism program?

We provide everything! Your booking includes high-quality spray cans in a rainbow of colours, various nozzles (caps) for different stroke widths, and essential protective gear. We provide gloves, masks, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We even bring the inspiration and the music to get the creative juices flowing.

How long does the workshop session last?

Our standard anti-vandalism workshops usually run between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of street art, a safety demonstration, technique practice, and finally, the creation of a large-scale collaborative mural. It’s the perfect length to stay fully engaged without getting tired. If you have a specific schedule or a larger group in Talca, we can always customise the duration to fit your needs perfectly.

What is the ideal group size for this experience?

We are very flexible! While we love working with large community groups or schools (up to 100+ people), we also cater to smaller teams of 10 or 15. The 'anti-vandalism' message is actually very powerful in larger groups as it builds a collective sense of pride in the local environment. Because we have multiple backup artists available, we can scale up the event to ensure everyone gets hands-on time with the spray cans.

Won't teaching people how to use spray paint encourage more vandalism?

Not at all. We teach 'The Art of Respect'. Our program focuses on how graffiti can be used as a tool for urban renewal and social expression rather than destruction. By providing a legal outlet and professional guidance, we find that participants develop a deeper respect for their city’s architecture. It’s about channeling that raw energy into something the whole Talca community can stop and admire rather than something that needs cleaning up.

What happens if it rains on the day of our Talca workshop?

Weather in the Maule Region can be unpredictable! If it rains, we usually move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or an indoor space using our special low-odour water-based paints and canvases. We'll always coordinate with you 24-48 hours in advance if the forecast looks dodgy. Plus, because we have a network of backup artists, we never cancel a session—we just adapt to make sure the fun continues!

Local culture

Talca is a city known for its historic squares like the Plaza de Armas and its proximity to the stunning Maule Valley. But beyond the traditional architecture, there is a growing appetite for modern expression. Our workshops take place in the heart of Talca, tapping into the local 'Talquino' spirit of resilience and community. We often draw inspiration from the natural beauty of the nearby mountains and the city's agricultural roots to create murals that truly belong to the landscape.

Fun Fact: Did you know Talca is often called "The City of Thunder"? While the name comes from Mapudungun, we like to think the only thunder we're making is the 'boom' of creative energy during our workshops! ⚡

From the bustling streets near the University of Talca to the quiet residential corners, we are committed to making this city a more colourful, respected place, one spray can at a time. We even offer similar programs in Santiago and Valparaiso if you're looking for a nationwide impact!

Pricing

Our pricing is designed to be accessible for everyone in Talca, from schools to corporate teams. Because every project is unique—varying by group size and mural complexity—we provide transparent, tiered pricing.

Estimated price range: $20,000 - $45,000 CLP per person.

This includes all your materials, the artist's expertise, and a guaranteed fun time! We offer special rates for large community initiatives and educational programs. Since we don't require any upfront payment, you can book your date with total peace of mind.
