Is the graffiti workshop safe for children?

Safety is our top priority! We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective overalls, and gloves to all children. Our professional artists are experienced in working with kids and ensure everyone follows the safety rules while having a blast. The spray paint we use is professional-grade but handled under strict supervision. It's all about having fun in a secure and controlled environment. ✨

What is the minimum age for a graffiti birthday party?

We recommend kids be at least 6 years old to get the most out of the experience. At this age, they generally have the motor skills to handle the spray cans effectively. We tailor our teaching style to the specific age group, ensuring the younger ones get a bit more help while the older kids get to experiment with more complex techniques. 🎨

Do the kids need prior drawing or painting skills?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our artists will guide the kids through every step, from holding the can to creating their first 'piece'. By the time the party is over, you'll be amazed at the vibrant artwork they've managed to create. It’s all about discovering hidden talents and having a great time! 🚀

What should the children wear to the party?

The children should wear comfortable clothes and old shoes that you don't mind getting a little 'artistic'—just in case! While we provide full protective gear like overalls and gloves, graffiti can occasionally be a bit messy. It’s better to be safe and dress for a day of creative outdoor fun in Talca. 👕

How long does a typical birthday workshop last?

The core workshop usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. This provides enough time for the introduction, practicing techniques, and completing the final masterpiece. We find this is the perfect 'sweet spot' to keep the energy high and the kids fully engaged without them getting tired. We can also adjust the duration to fit your specific schedule! ⏱️

What happens if it rains on the day of the party?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the party at a local outdoor spot in Talca, or if you have a suitable backyard or private space, we can bring the party to you. We just need a well-ventilated area and permission to paint (or we use our mobile boards). We even have backup plans for rainy days so the fun never stops. 🌧️

Does the spray paint wash off clothes and skin?

Standard graffiti paint is permanent once it dries on a surface, which is why we provide full protective suits. If paint gets on skin, it usually comes off with a bit of soap and warm water or an exfoliating scrub. However, we always advise wearing old trainers because paint on fabric is much harder to remove once it sets! 🧼

What is included in the price?

Our standard party package includes all the cans, caps, protective gear, and a shared wall or large boards to paint on. If you’d like the kids to take something home, we can arrange for individual canvases for an extra fee. Just let us know what you're looking for when you request your quote! 🎁

The experience

Choosing a graffiti workshop isn't just about painting; it's about building confidence and having a blast with friends. Here’s why our Talca birthday parties are a hit:

Totally Unique: Stand out from the crowd with a party concept that none of the other kids have done yet! 🌟
Professional Artists: Our mentors aren't just teachers; they are active street artists who live and breathe this culture.
Safe & Clean: With our protective gear, the kids leave with memories, not stained clothes. 🛡️
Zero Stress: We handle the setup and cleanup. You just bring the cake and the kids!
Creative Freedom: There are no mistakes in graffiti, only 'happy accidents' that turn into art. 🌈
Pay Later: Our 100% satisfaction focus means you only pay once the party is successfully finished.

Step by step

Pick your date: Choose the perfect day for your celebration in Talca and get in touch with our team to check availability.
Customise your theme: Tell us what the birthday star loves! We can adapt the workshop colors and styles to match their favorite themes or characters.
Safety briefing: We start every party by getting the kids into their protective overalls and masks while explaining how to use the equipment safely.
Master the basics: Our pro artists show the kids how to shake the cans, control the pressure, and create different line widths and effects.
Practice session: Before the main event, everyone gets to practice their 'tags' and basic shapes on a practice surface to build confidence.
The masterpiece: The kids work together (or individually) to create a giant, colorful graffiti mural based on the birthday design.
Final touches: Our artists help the kids add outlines and highlights to make their artwork really 'pop' and look professional.
Photo op: We wrap up with a group photo in front of the finished masterpiece — the perfect memory of an epic Talca birthday!

Local culture

Talca has a growing appreciation for urban culture, and you can see it in the vibrant murals appearing around the city centre and near the University of Talca. While the city is famous for its traditional 'completos' and the historical Plaza de Armas, there is a modern, creative heartbeat that we love to tap into. Our workshops celebrate this local spirit by encouraging kids to express themselves just like the artists decorating the streets of Santiago or Valparaiso.

Fun Fact: Did you know Talca is known as the "City of Thunder"? While we can't promise actual thunder, we can definitely promise an explosion of color and excitement at your party! ⚡
